    I really like hearing that ATH is becoming interested in light versatile scents that can be worn in a Spanish climate and perhaps moving away just from the obnoxious heavy-handed screamers; seems like he's growing a bit more sophisticated in his perfumery in understanding the power and difficulty in subtlety. Also seems like he's interested in MFK who is a master of that art. Makes me really excited for his next line of releases.

I wish fragrances would list it as an ingredient. They list, and in some cases have restriction on many natural compounds but not on that. The ones I mentioned like Terre D'Hermes and Encre Noire supposedly have it in incredibly high quantities, which may be why I noticed it. Whether I notice it when in lower quantities I don't know

      @@raulsaavedra709 I'm pretty sure I am as I smell it first and then look up the fragrance and see - in the case of Terre D'Hermes and Lalique Encre Noire at least - that they don't just have it in but have it in in very high quantities. But yes you are correct. It would be good to try the actual thing and I will do if I find the Essentric molecules in a shop with a tester (I'm certainly not going to pay money to do so to get something I don't like)

    • @raulsaavedra709
      @raulsaavedra709 Рік тому +1

      @@jonstern7511 Suggested that because both Terre de Hermes and Encre Noire have strong vetiver notes, and maybe it's something about vetiver giving you that spiky sense, possibly not iso E super itself? Iso E Super is woody and very inoffensive in general, a soft smell of pencil shavings, some people can't even sense it. However vetiver is known to be challenging for many people. Vetivers actually, since there are several kinds.

      @@garywashington6757 Hey Gary, contrary to belief, Profumo is quite versatile. I chose it as a signature scent because the aquatic incense dry down is absolutely gorgeous.
      You wouldn’t believe it until you try it for yourself. Day or night, it does well for both, I’ve even worn it to a pool party once with my wife and her friends. Usually I spray 3 - 5 times. It’s important to spray on your clothes, I notice it lasts way longer on cotton. I don’t recommend using on jackets such as nylon or fleece, since it fades pretty quickly on those fabrics from my own experience.
      Overall, Profumo isn’t something that a lot of younger guys wear. My work has me interacting with a lot of different people, including overseas. I’ve yet to meet someone who wears ADG profumo like myself. I’ve mostly encountered other guys my age or younger wearing Sauvage, Allure Homme or Invictus most times. Which is quite sad that those are the top 3 scents I’ve smelt from others 🤦‍♂️

    I love dior homme parfum….but man is it hard to wear, it’s very polarizing. It’s actually very animalistic the more you wear it and the more your nose becomes accustomed to the iris.
