Corey was an inconvenience to Chris and he took his frustrations out on that poor child. He could have let Corey live with his mother, but I'm sure he didn't want to have to pay child support. A normal, caring father would have stayed at the hospital after Corey died, because he would have been too upset to do anything else. Not Chris. He runs. (Why if he didn't do anything to hurt Corey?) He is concerned about being arrested and tracked in his car. He leaves the state at drives halfway across the country as his son is being autopsied and prepared for burial. His actions are all those of a guilty man.

Happened to see testimony of his father who was law enforcement and consultant prior to retiring but was with the mother hands on daily for their kids. His father broke down and was more emotional about his grandson the whole family broken because this son, a teacher took custody of the boy from the mom and then purchased a home to raise this sweet baby. The little boys mother indicated concerns it seems the grandparents weren’t always included with him once they moved only occasionally. This guy obviously incapable of responsibilities his other siblings are. His mother couldn’t testify because they recorded him coaching his mother over prison phone call she was recused. Unimaginable what that sweet baby endured in silence aside from this situation because he was abused.

@@chrisswindells7340 from a previous episode where Christophers' father took to the stand where it was revealed that Corey was the only grandchild of the family lineage and they were excited to have him be a part of their family. I'm more than inclined to believe that not only was there pressure from that, but that Christopher seemed to be from a reputable family and not being around for what was confirmed to be his kid would look bad on the entire family as a whole.
Christopher was essentially forced to assume father duties and pay his child support and he more than likely tried plotting how to get rid of Corey so that he could have his "life back". Absolute pos that should go away with no chance of parole.

Thank you for this synopsis of what has been presented as evidence so far.... the evidence to me from the treadmill video is absolutely clear of Gregor's guilt... and I'm going to add, in the video in hospital when Corey was dying, when the video shows Gregor putting his hands on his face and appears to be sobbing... right there, he realized that his abuse of that little boy was going to lead to his death. And as soon as it hits him what he has done, he rushes to the door, gets in his car and is never seen in the hospital video again. My heart is sick for what that little boy endured and I want nothing but justice served on Christopher for the damage he put on Corey.
PS curious thing that Corey's last name is Micciolo, not Gregor, considering that Gregor had custody of Corey for a period of time. Clearly he didn't want that little boy to share his name.
