Yes! It was during the treadmill incident. Chris picks Corey up and bites his head HARD! SICKENING!!! Corey didn't even cry or rub his head, but it still showed up on his autopsy, weeks later.
And all long time true crimes peeps know, biting comes from uncontrollable anger and need for dominance (when it’s not self defense), it’s very primal thing. Only the worst of the worst will bite and usually there has to be some sort of personal connection. Biting your own child and in a public place is beyond troubling..
Sepsis is usually caused by bacterial infections but may be the result of other infections such as viruses, parasites or fungi. I was hospitalized back in 2004 with it and almost died from it. @@Tammy_26Irwin omg I’m sorry that happened to you. I understand that people in general get sepsis, I am just wondering what excuse the defense has for Corey having had it?? Maybe they mentioned their reason and I missed that one, but, unless they are claiming he got sepsis from the treadmill incident… well that’s from the abuse? It seems clear to me he never had sepsis, according to one of the medical witnesses. But, it just seems they are really reaching with that one.
I was physically abused by my father for years as a child...but this evil man, what he did to his own son, makes my father almost look mild mannered by comparison. Poor little boy, at least he will never be beaten, never tormented by that monster again. Breaks my heart.
Corey died because CPS assumed that his educated father was more fit than his mother, who is a recovering addict. That’s the ONLY reason CPS believed him over her. Just goes to show you can’t judge a book by it’s cover.😢

Dave Graigir tried wining about that saying “ well people were saying he was a murderer and was going to be charged with murder . Thank you for this synopsis of what has been presented as evidence so far.... the evidence to me from the treadmill video is absolutely clear of Gregor's guilt... and I'm going to add, in the video in hospital when Corey was dying, when the video shows Gregor putting his hands on his face and appears to be sobbing... right there, he realized that his abuse of that little boy was going to lead to his death. And as soon as it hits him what he has done, he rushes to the door, gets in his car and is never seen in the hospital video again. My heart is sick for what that little boy endured and I want nothing but justice served on Christopher for the damage he put on Corey. PS curious thing that Corey's last name is Micciolo, not Gregor, considering that Gregor had custody of Corey for a period of time. Clearly he didn't want that little boy to share his name.
Omg the “your not going to like my client” defense I’ve seen work in so many movies lol we will see if it works now..RIP young buck… you were taking too soon
Pretty succinct and not a lot of muddy obscurity in all the other testimony. That's one great thing about dudes like Gregor-- they're so entitled they never imagine being called on their egregious behaviors and leave trails of evidence easy for a jury to understand. He's toast.
I feel like the murderer don't care about the killing that he did and he feels like people are just fighting for, and complaining and nagging about somebody that he doesn't even give a damn, according to him the child was useless, he's not remorse, he's upset for being caught, for being there and spend his time on doing this trial.😔😔😮💨
So imo he gripped his head with left hand which caused bruise behind ear. As he held his head he upper cut coreys chest twice and stomach once. Then when he let him go he hit him in the back. Such evil actions from a sperm donor. So the chest punches affected the heart and lung. The stomach punch tore the liver. And the stomach punch was the one that caused him to vomit and discharge his bowels. Not hard to figure this bully out. The contusion to his lung caused his labored his breathing.
The father plays innocent and does blameshifting on the mother....typical what an abusive narcissist does!! This father is abusive!! He deserves jail sentence!!
Huge consciousness of guilt! He knew what he had done. It makes me wonder how long he waited before getting Corey medical attention, and whether Corey would still be alive if he’d taken him to the ER any sooner.
What judge, gives custody to a man who has only known his son for 5 and a half minutes, what programmes to unify them had they gone though? He had a grandmother and mother who loved him, why did they take primary custody away from them for a man who had only known him for a short time? It's ludicrous.
This father is a monster and a creep. This poor boy was threatened to not tell anyone or he would get a beating. Probably! I was in an abusive relationship early in my life.

Because like with most of Christopher’s life, daddy probably had some pull to have the past assault charges deemed inadmissible.
He s a teacher???? With all his prior charges...how did he get though the background check???
His father is a retired State Policeman and works with Homeland Security even now. Connections?
In the end, both familes lost a gift, a child.
So sad😢
One day this country will adopt “Punishment to fit the crime”.
No because that would be unconstitutional. nice try.
How do you propose deciding what an appropriate punishment is " to fit the crime"?
Eye for an eye
@@73delgado You are INCORRECT. Do the crime, do the time.
@@bevwinn1369 The electric chair like Ted Bundy got.
His mother couldn’t even help him because of the court system, what a country!!!!!
Oh, jeez, yeah that search history is going to be the proverbial nail in the coffin. Indicating he saw things that were seriously wrong with his son (unconsciousness, blood in stool etc), and his first reaction was to start googling about whether it could be tied to his acts of abuse. Absolutely devastating.
If the mother caused the bruises and scratches, she wouldn't have taken Corey to be medically examined.
She could have and threatened Corey not to tell. The docs say he was scared. Even the teachers say he never answered questions about his bruises. Poor baby! I am not saying mom did it but she is no angel either.
The mother didn’t hurt him his father did
@@ravenrozeb3790
None of this sort of thing happened in the four years she had sole custody of the child. Why would she suddenly start beating him up?
I have been following this case watching many channels and you have showed me so much more than the other hours ive watch you broke it down and gave me the most important details so thank you for that. My first time watching on your channel
That monster certainly contributed to the child’s death. He’s going to jail for life.
Contributed? Caused!
Doubt it
Chris abused Corey for 2 years! Especially after they moved into the apartment, which is no telling how much abuse Corey took ! I hope he gets jail time! Justice for Corey 💙💙
Rest in peace Corey, you are loved by many people.
If the video is slowed down, it's easier to see that the father pushed down on his chest, lifted him up, holding his chest muscle. The father bit his head several times too.
Despicable acts of aggression against his own defenseless child
The treadmill video and the cause of death is more than enough evidence
Absolutely
That video is Heart Shattering! That Defenseless Little Baby!💔💔💔🙏🙏🙏🕊🕊🕊 Justice for Corey!🙏🙏🙏💙💙💙
Guilty! I swear if the jury doesn’t find this man guilty, then I’ll officially loose all hope for the justice system of 🇺🇸
He bit the boy on the head?? 😮😮😮
Cant wait to see him take the stand on Friday im very interested to hear what excuses hes got
Even if it was sepsis…. HOW and WHY would he have sepsis to begin with, if it wasn’t for some kind of abuse.
It wasn’t sepsis
Sepsis is usually caused by bacterial infections but may be the result of other infections such as viruses, parasites or fungi. I was hospitalized back in 2004 with it and almost died from it. Everyone is different but mine started with an UTI that I didn’t have any symptoms of until it was to the point of sepsis.
Inmates tend to meet out punishment to abusers...
He won't survive long once they find out what he did ....
Only if he isn’t in protective custody
That poor baby!
I've skipped watching this so many times, I can't believe anyone would cause such horrible abuse to anyone.
Much less his child!😭😭😭
I was physically abused by my father for years as a child...but this evil man, what he did to his own son, makes my father almost look mild mannered by comparison. Poor little boy, at least he will never be beaten, never tormented by that monster again. Breaks my heart.
Dr Thomas Andrew was such a brilliant and articulate witness. Ty Dr Andrew. This is heartbreaking 💔
Corey died because CPS assumed that his educated father was more fit than his mother, who is a recovering addict. That’s the ONLY reason CPS believed him over her. Just goes to show you can’t judge a book by it’s cover.😢
Bro the search history 💀💀💀
Corey 🙏 😢
Such a big bully, Gregor.
He beat that boy because he was mad the mom was about to find him out. Typical
Also he tried to coach his mother on what to say on the stand from prison! More consciousness of guilty!
If we can't protect the most vulnerable in society, we have failed as a society.
What a monster!
He left the hospital after Cory’s death allegedly partly because he was hearing from his family about all the threats pouring in against him.
Right. He didn’t want anything bad to happen to himself…
He knew he phhqd up and ran.
The judge established there were no threats made . Only people accusing him of murder . Dave Graigir tried wining about that saying “ well people were saying he was a murderer and was going to be charged with murder . The judge looked at thf older Graigor on the stand Chris dad and said “ that wasn’t a threat it was a statement and he was ultimately charged with his murder “ 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
So sad that several people who were in a position to help Corey before his death but failed him and his mother.
Jesse, you explain things so well.
Justice for Corey 🙏🙏🙏🙏💔💔💔💔
No ads!!! Thank you!!’
Omg the “your not going to like my client” defense I’ve seen work in so many movies lol we will see if it works now..RIP young buck… you were taking too soon
HES GUILTY AF!!!
Pretty succinct and not a lot of muddy obscurity in all the other testimony. That's one great thing about dudes like Gregor-- they're so entitled they never imagine being called on their egregious behaviors and leave trails of evidence easy for a jury to understand.
He's toast.
Thank you for this channel
I feel like the murderer don't care about the killing that he did and he feels like people are just fighting for, and complaining and nagging about somebody that he doesn't even give a damn, according to him the child was useless, he's not remorse, he's upset for being caught, for being there and spend his time on doing this trial.😔😔😮💨
Can’t wait for your new backdrop, currently looks like a bloody murder happened on the pictures behind you
My guess is he doesn’t use the treadmill in prison…just a hunch
Why fight for custody if you really don’t want him? Justice for Corey
And the stomach
punch was the one that caused him to vomit and discharge his bowels. Not hard to figure this bully out. The contusion to his lung caused his labored his breathing.
The father plays innocent and does blameshifting on the mother....typical what an abusive narcissist does!! This father is abusive!! He deserves jail sentence!!
Google is the best witness!
Huge consciousness of guilt! He knew what he had done. It makes me wonder how long he waited before getting Corey medical attention, and whether Corey would still be alive if he’d taken him to the ER any sooner.
The doctors testimony is very damaging
What judge, gives custody to a man who has only known his son for 5 and a half minutes, what programmes to unify them had they gone though? He had a grandmother and mother who loved him, why did they take primary custody away from them for a man who had only known him for a short time? It's ludicrous.
He didn’t want the child, but he wanted to hurt the mother so he got custody. Typical.
I cant sleep knowing corey endured alot pain and suffering and he s being silenced by so called dad chris! I pray Jury finds him guilty!
This father is a monster and a creep. This poor boy was threatened to not tell anyone or he would get a beating. Probably! I was in an abusive relationship early in my life.
