Unfortunately, predators gravitate toward that because their clients don’t always know what’s right or wrong. So they get to act however they want and not get called out on it unless witnessed by other staff - which it usually isn’t. And that just emboldens them. I haven’t followed much of this trial - too painful - but what I have seen, this guy is guilty as sin.

This video was on 4/4/21 @ 11:55AM - Corey died on 4/2/21 @ 5:03PM - This video was taken less than a full 48-hours post death. Gregor shows absolutely ZERO EMOTION for his very recently deceased son - no emotion, voice doesn't crack as if holding back tears. Then he states to officer the past two years have been "interesting". That's the adjective he's going to use - "interesting"? ALSO... why isn't he getting a legal slap-on-wrist for witness tampering?? His prison call with his parents (after they testified) was recorded... his parents had to tell him to stop talking... and then had to hang-up on him to shut him up (he was telling his mom what she should say when it's her turn to testify). The Judge praised defense council for being strategic by choosing not to have mom testify. Unbelievable.
They say people's eyes are the mirror to their soul....and just like the majority of murderers here we have a perfect example of eyes that are completely cold and dead....
Narcissistic psychopath…. I think the mom begged the judge 2 days prior not to let the boy go with his father. I wonder how the judge feels now. I don’t know the back story on this my brain is almost fried from these senseless murders
@@godzillamanstreb524This is why young people need to be real careful who they involve themselves with sexually. Young men like Christopher go out and involve themselves with silly, loose, and wild party girls they would be embarrassed to even walk down the street with in the cool light of day, then don’t want to face the real life nasty consequences of doing so. The poor little children born of these reckless one night stands become nothing more than collateral damage then sadly and unfairly pay a very high price on both ends. Poor little Corey had no fault whatsoever in any of this, yet he paid the ultimate price for the mess made by an out of control drug addicted mother and a selfish arrogant immature man child bio dad. It’s not an uncommon occurrence at all.
The defense wanted this entered into evidence not the state. The defense did this last minute and did not give transcript for this specific video. The state did not want it entered in unless it was the entire video. The judge ruled not to let it in at all. He all but said the video didn’t help his client. And this was not on the agenda for todays hearing. She was trying to make heads or tails of it best she could.
That's right, defense wanted to show a snippet of this to prove how "cooperative" Chris was with the police. As if he had any choice, he was surrounded and they had a search warrant. Smh But of course defense wanted to show it without any context.
For someone who just lost his son a few days before he certainly doesn't sound very distraught, sad or emotional...its like he's chit chatting away like nothing ever happened
The" loving father" left his son to pass away with strangers , left him all alone and abandoned at the hospital. In loving momery and his heardbrokeniss he took no responsibility to contact any of his sons loved ones and took no responsibility to arrange care and funeral arrangements. The loving father was so relieved of his responsibility that was no longer that he needed cuddle time with females. Showing of his huge muscles at the police stop. He was so grief struck that he was unconsolable from relief. He is such and proud example of what a father is not.
This case with this is not normal. This judge is on Christopher’s side in which it doesn’t make any sense. This is supposed to be justice for Corey NOT Christopher!!!
The judge is not on "Cory's side. The Judge's only concern is making legal based decisions. He has no interest in the outcome of the case....he just has to make sure that no rights are violated of the defendant...otherwise there will be grounds for appeal.
Nobody takes a trip, when their kid just died, to get away from it all. He was fleeing because he'd just killed his kid. As soon as the hospital staff told him Corey died, he booked it out of there.
Granddad said he did not want to see treadmill video because he did not want to see Corey mistreated. He knew something! Bet Christopher has been a lot of trouble for his parents.
I think he's actually watched it but won't admit it. When he was on the stand he said he 'didn't want to see Corey mistreated' so he knew he had been. Also he really teared up at that question. He knows his son is a murderer and he's devastated at losing his only grandson and his son.
He deserves jail the rest of his life. It's clear after abusing and causing his sons death, he felt relieved and free from child support and the care of the child. Despicable
It’s starting to seem more and more premeditated he knew Corey was dying and he waited to get him care until the last minute! I think he planned to kill him and blame it on the mom the whole time! Because if would’ve survived the truth about his dad beating on him would’ve definitely come out! He never planned for him to live imo
I slowed it down to .75 and it was slightly more audible…start at 20:00 and he rambles on and on …about himself. Just see his narcissism in all its glory.
mother and father of this guy must feel so ashamed of their son.Like:'what will the neighbours say'..And with right ..what about these parents trying to evade questions about their son.not a very nice family.
It's something how they came to the hospital and immediately called the police there. (They were probably on the way anyway!) They thought they were bringing attention to Corey's sweet mama! How did that work out for ya?
All those hand gestures from the murderer. I read his body language as him talking to the police like 'I'm a poor guy all cut up about my dead son, and I needed to see fresh countryside with my girlfriend, who helps me get over all of this'. Please jury do not loose focus during the days of no trial, recall all the evidence. This was only between two people but Cory's body tells you all you need to know. Even that weird photo he took, on the couch, to me Cory was already in a coma, look how pale he is. This case is breaking my heart.
I really wish the court system would make these people show up for trial wearing the outfits they usually wore instead of getting their hair cut, putting them in a suit, telling them to behave, etc. I think things like that have a lot of bearing as to what type of person they are -- not showing them like they are going off to church. The clothes this guy is wearing would be very intimidating to a small child if he's walking around puffing his chest out and flexing his muscles. Poor Cory must have been so scared seeing him hanging around the apartment like that when he was there.
I can't grasp this "boy" as a teacher. Was it to bully children that he looked down on? Why take Cory since he clearly did not want or love him? He not only killed a beautiful innocent child but screwed up his entire life. He better rot behind bars. The grandmother is cold and unemotional and Grandfather looks broken. I wonder if he new Cory was being harmed and wishes he stepped in? So heartbreaking. RIP Cory
Seeing the Grandpa break down in the dock hit me, poor man, imagine having to face a child of your own doing that to your Grandson who they clearly loved. Yes, Grandma appeared a little cold but is she just being the practical mum and watching out for her boy, after all she did get him to return home. Think once he is committed then she will break, she is doing the mum thing of keeping it all inside, after all how many of us could cope with this situation?
This is not the behavior of a father that just lost his six year old child hours ago! I cant understand a word they are saying but just the way he's acting is crazy, not upset in the least.
Instead of addressing the circumstances surrounding his son's death and cooperating with authorities, the defendant chooses to flee, potentially indicating a desire to avoid accountability.
The defense is the one who wanted to bring in part of this video, they should have had transcripts for all of the videos. They never have anything they want to use in court. They are horrible at their job!
Yeah…this is not on the state. This is all on the defense and was an absolute waste of time all the way around. Watch the feed from earlier in the day to understand why this was an issue created by the defense.
The confusion in this case, was the mother did not have a lot of credibility because she was an addict. But being addicted does not make her a bad person, and she did not deserve to lose her little boy this way. It's heart-breaking that she tried so hard to get help and the police totally failed her.
So is the person in the car with him being called to the stand? If not, Why? Seriously, I believe the guys interest in having the child was to avoid child support. He didn't care one bit about that child other than that and the power he felt over him and his mother.
I never took my daughters father to court for child support for this very reason. I knew he would try to get custody just to get out of paying. I was very blessed to have my family help early on. My daughter is now 19 and has only seen him at 5 months old. I don’t blame the mom. She had no idea this monster would hurt her baby. I do wish she told the county that she didn’t know who the father was. Or that he died. She would of still received help. Poor baby. I feel so sad for those who loved him so much.
You are the first person I have seen commenting that understands what happened here. I would have never named a father either. But this dude petitioned for custody to get out of paying child support and, I think, at the urging of paternal grandparents.

I just started watching n I am having a hard time listening or hearing it
Esp when it’s hard to hear with the scratchy noise and no captions! Also the cop twirling his thumbs at the end! 😂 Imagine those in the courtroom that sat watching this entire boring clip! 😂

WHO acts like this after their child is gone??? I am so confused. Why is this guy not in JAIL now? He is a gross human being.
He'll! I would have been too upset to walk, let alone drive. He drove multiple states away too.
I thought he was in jail during the trial?
He IS in jail now. He's being held without bond.
Flight risk? Left the state immediately didn't he?
@@vegskater1741Thanks for your comment. I was hoping he was in jail during the trial. I pray he’s found quilty and he gets to be there for the rest of his LIFE!! 😡

He left his dying son at the hospital, why was he not immediately handcuffed!
Can’t believe how calm this Guy is after killing his son !! Rip Cory you have the greatest Dad in heaven no more tears nor fear no sadness!!

😱😱😱
Unfortunately, predators gravitate toward that because their clients don’t always know what’s right or wrong. So they get to act however they want and not get called out on it unless witnessed by other staff - which it usually isn’t. And that just emboldens them.
I haven’t followed much of this trial - too painful - but what I have seen, this guy is guilty as sin.
I am so happy that he will not be teaching children, let alone special needs children after this. So sorry CM had to face this evil man. RIP Corey.
Dont waste 46 minutes and 28 seconds!!! You're welcome!
Right! I barely understood what was being said with the scratchy loud background noise!
Ty! The audio was horrible during the few minutes I watched.
Thank you! I went straight to the comments and got the info I needed.
This trial is a joke
Thnks, I didn't! Then again, never do, scan through unless its something you really have to watch, learnt that after staying up one time to watch a full court case that didn't get a result anyways! :(
Why did they stand there for 30 minutes? Why didn’t they just arrest him?
He was let go they the cops were confiscating car and phones ect for the search warrant they had in jersey
Because they didn’t have an arrest warrant for him. They had a search warrant for his phone and car.
What excuse did CG give for leaving Jersey & winding up in Tennessee??
@@cindyhowell1836 Far as i recall he didn't, he basically told his mum he just had to get away, she talked him in to coming back. I actually liked his Ma and Pa as they were both well rounded, stable folk who welcomed Cory into their home, they hadn't known him either, they loved the little boy and to see the Father in tears in the court was so sad. None of us know what our offspring will turn out like despite doing our best - we cannot control their minds especially if they are druggies. RIP Cory a lovely little boy who must have been so confused at getting punched for nothing.
They didn't have an arrest warrant. Only a search warrant for the car.
Chris's father was a dirty cop who allowed Chris to get away with crimes.

I hope this Judge is honest, but we will see😡

I think the mom begged the judge 2 days prior not to let the boy go with his father. I wonder how the judge feels now. I don’t know the back story on this my brain is almost fried from these senseless murders
Judge has probably dealt with another half dozen cases by now, it is a sick world we live in.
He just didn’t love him, he didn’t like him.
Yes, main motive was his long held rage and control…..also thought Breanna was trash & Corey reminded him of her
@@godzillamanstreb524This is why young people need to be real careful who they involve themselves with sexually.

Smh
But of course defense wanted to show it without any context.
oh tough guy against little helpless defenseless children, HIS SON!, but hes a scaredy cat to grown men cops lol
For someone who just lost his son a few days before he certainly doesn't sound very distraught, sad or emotional...its like he's chit chatting away like nothing ever happened
This judge is a hot mess.
And that’s not even considering the lack of work ethic he shows.
Ikr? I'm worried about this case for that reason.
Christopher is so used to lying, he believes his own lies. Always trying to talk himself out of trouble or get bailed out by his parents.
Sounds pathological.
Right!! People treat their pets way better
This case with this is not normal. This judge is on Christopher’s side in which it doesn’t make any sense. This is supposed to be justice for Corey NOT Christopher!!!
The judge has to make sure to try to avoid appealable errors. He doesn't want any possible conviction to be overturned on a technicality.
He’s got a criminal past and after the jail call the defense now knows what his dad’s been dealing with. Bad egg
I think he's actually watched it but won't admit it. When he was on the stand he said he 'didn't want to see Corey mistreated' so he knew he had been. Also he really teared up at that question. He knows his son is a murderer and he's devastated at losing his only grandson and his son.
How weak is the grandfather !! Their is plenty of help out their !!!
You are just as guilty !!! No stars ⭐️FOR YOU !

I bet they move to the west coast after this!
The family already knew he was a problem.
They know what kind of guy he is his father was a cop dealt with this kind everyday
How could you kill your own little kid like that?
I really wish the court system would make these people show up for trial wearing the outfits they usually wore instead of getting their hair cut, putting them in a suit, telling them to behave, etc. I think things like that have a lot of bearing as to what type of person they are -- not showing them like they are going off to church. The clothes this guy is wearing would be very intimidating to a small child if he's walking around puffing his chest out and flexing his muscles. Poor Cory must have been so scared seeing him hanging around the apartment like that when he was there.
Did you see him in those RED SOCKS in the treadmill video?
He should get arrested by the fashion police after this trial
They usually slap a pair of glasses on them too
Fleeing the state and the treadmill video are pretty damning.

Instead of addressing the circumstances surrounding his son's death and cooperating with authorities, the defendant chooses to flee, potentially indicating a desire to avoid accountability.
How embarrassing! Come on state do your job properly ffs

My question is, why didn't they handcuff him, or put him in one of their cars? He could have taken off running anytime.
He would not have gotten very far with that many police officers there.
There's about 20 cop cars ATLEAST which is why he's complying. Once he realizes there's no warrant for him , he had no need to run
He wasn't under arrest. He could have literally walked away if he wanted to.

That big hefty man should rot in prison for what he did to that little boy! What was he on his way to pizza hut for a snack!!
