Theme Song by Hello Control: bit.ly/hellocontrol - Фільми й анімація
Ok so I watched this coz I scared myself so much watching the film I have to remind myself that it’s just a film 😂😂😂 (anyone else??)
Film base in true story dun dun dunnnnnnn
mee
Me too
Yes😄
Taco Roni Valak IS a demon dating back to the 17th century, but that’s the only “truth” The Nun is based off of. The plot is fiction.
Watching behind the scenes is a relief
Lmao 😂
ᴘɪᴄᴀᴛʀɪx haha
Imagine the real nun showed up what will you do next 🤪😵😵😵🤣🤣😂🤣😂😂😂😂
What do you mean this was one of the worst horror movie i have ever seen
Yeah
Taissa Farmiga is hella cute. She's got that pure and innocent look that would go well when contrasted with the grey rotting nun...
I like her straight hair when she woke in dark of night while looking valak on chapel's mirror, so pure and innocent.
@@timothydewa9096 😂😂 u read my mind
Creeps
Why did they never Interview the Actor from the Nun? It would be interesting what she has to say about her role..
I guess to maintain mistry around the character
True if she gets too much exposure it takes away the creepiness
I think those who grew up watching Princess Diaries 1 & 2 would know her. A very superb actress even tho her role in Princess Diaries was small.
@@lilyjaboh I love Princess Diaries!! What was her role there???
Khei Cee she was there as a jealous women with her husband who didn't want her to become princess
Holy crap, seeing the nun shadow standing there when she turns around, but the sister doesn't react to the nun there, makes me think that we are seeing the spirit but she can't. That is some seriously clever writing.
No, but she reacted as saying "hello" to The NUN😈
Not clever writing just great DP work
or she does see it and responds hello?
@@julianjwilliams Or the hello comes from the presence of Valak
Big ups to James Wan. The only Film Director in Horror who truly makes scary movies with substance, good story telling and fantastic actors. Every other horror movie is too watered down and predictable.
@Trailers And Movieclips Agreed
Tubbies Tustard I love the nun character, but the movie had so many jumpscares. Oh it suddenly went quiet? Heres another jumpscare for you. I actually jump due to the sound the theatre blasts than the visuals. I dont know how to prove it but I know myself well. I dont hate jumpscares, I just hate the blaring audio.
Tubbies Tustard i agree I love his movies
James wan didn't direct this one though
Or too sexual. The only other scary movies that I enjoy are Stephen King ones. The rest are dumb, dont make sense, and sexually explicit. Especially in our generation.
bonnie aarons who plays the nun is sooo beautiful like disney-villain-esque beauty
I still can’t believe James Wan is the director of Aquaman😂😂
Like another commenter said, James Wan and his group have put so much into making the Conjuring series, horror with great stories and cast. Thanks James and guys.
Chronological Viewing Order
*The Nun* = Conjuring 1
*Annabelle Creation* = Conjuring 2
*Annabelle* = Conjuring 3
*Conjuring 1* = Conjuring 4
*Annabelle Comes home* =Conjuring 5
(Viewing tip, watch this before conjuring "4")
*Curse of La Llorna* = Conjuring 6
*Conjuring 2* = Conjuring 7
*Conjuring: The devil did it* = Conjuring 8
^Basically my viewing order
*(Edit 2019 Wow I actually got likes lol)*
*(Edit 2020) Edited it xd enjoy.*
*(Edit 2021) Didnt realise this existed*
Nash Nombre that’s how it is if you look at the timelines and how they have been connecting each movie together
There will be conjuring 0. The story about valak being haunted by another ghost
It = Conjuring 6
It 2 = Conjuring 7
@@bilikbunyi What if pennywise is a form of Valak?
@@sheylaiseni9875 Yes.
That was a super cool look into them filming. I love the little tidbit about being out of the castle in the first act, then inside the castle for the second and deeper into it for the third. Cool to hear from James Wan, the new director and the screenwriter. Hoping to see some more videos like this soon Ryan!
*Jumpscare of death* - Domain dc has all you website needs...
its not even out yet
xD
After watching this movie I understood what made Conjuring 1&2 so great.
Anon Honestly for me it was that in the conjuring 2 you never actually knew much about the nun, nor when she was gonna pop out. so it got scary af cause everything was so unpredictable and the fact that she wasnt that big of an character made her even more scary. This movie just puts to muc focus on the wrong parts. The pacing is bad, the jumpscares are bad and yeah thats about it. Its beautifully filmed though.
@Monika Balce I liked it, but it was just not in the same league as James Wan directed Conjuring 1&2. The Nun was directed by Corin Hardy. I found the first half of the movie really spooky, but in the second half, they kinda ruined it by over-exposing Valak. Viktor Hjorth explained it really well, the person who commented before you.
@@SimonFollin Could not have explained it better myself. I was thinking the same, but couldn't put into words. What made Valak great in Conjuring 2 was the fact that he/she/it was a mystery. In the Nun, he was the primary focus and although it was shot brilliantly, that element of mystery was missing. And I just felt like there was not much character building in this. In Conjuring 1&2 you feel involved in the story because it involves a tight knit family and the haunting was effecting the children. I mean I may not be able to explain it well, but I guess people get it. The Nun had many absolutely terrifying scenes, and it spooked the shit out of me, can't deny that, but I just wish they gave kinda like a back story to Valak. I just found Valak funny in this movie, not scary, like in Conjuring 2.
@Monika Balce James Wan is Horror God. 😋 Like how they say "Rap God" lol.
@Monika Balce Yeah I really hope James Wan directs Conjuring 3 too. 😊 He just knows how to engage the audience and also there's some sort of freshness in the way he brings out the characters and the story. It really draws you in, I love that about his direction.
james wan is sch a great man...from thrilling us in Furious 7 to getting us hell scared in these series...he is the perfect man!!! hatss off to this genius...!how can we even forget this man !!!!
Dope, thanks!! Holy crap @ 5:24 I think I almost had a heart attack, literally.
Same!
I skipped to the scene and then watched the video and it still got me! Lol
I jumped from the chair like a boss xD
I haven't had a jump-scare like that in a while. That was a good one!
it gets me everytime even tho i've seen the trailer like 4 times already
The atmospheres in the the movie were beautiful, I like the characters but it was more so so. And yeah I liked and really enjoyed the aesthetic, the film's color scheme was madly suited.
Me too! Really loved the classic gothic style horror
Taissa Farmiga was remarkable in The Final Girls, like the movie itself is one of the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen. Excited to see this movie.
Valek is the best demon eva! Just a really well made concept..
Garth Gleeson thank you
@@ogvalak3021 oh look who's here 😂
hmmmm penny turns into his victims fears right? What if pennywise turns into something that Valak fears HMMMMMMM
yep...is one of the lesser key of Solomons demon
Taissa looks perfect
But she's not.
The Nun 2: more jumpscares
More taissa
Hopefully The conjuring 3 taissa farmiga
i kind of like the kid of horror with less jump scares and more stuff in your head
the ending scared the living shit outta me😭
I love Taissa so much, Thanks for posting this!!
Since Vampires ive actually seen some of your riverdale videos lmao

Taissa 😭😭😭 she’s so iconic.

So glad to see Corin Hardy direct this.loved his movie the hallow.he's definitely a director to watch for in the future.
The Hallow isn't even released. How did you watch it?
@@creationanomaly6026 It released in 2015! You can watch it on Netflix!
@@creationanomaly6026 shout factory released it on Blu-ray in 2016.
Truly LOVE the Conjuring series! Can't wait to see it. If James Wan is attached, you know its going to be good.
It’s so much of work with perfection!!
Omg I LOVE Taissa Farminga 😍😍❤️❤️❤️
Im ready!!!!!I've been waiting for this movie please let it be good
I loved the film, please come out with a sequel!
I love how when the boy walked trough those kids he asked one of them "ce face mamaia?" Wich means "what's your grandma doing?" Wich is very romanian to ask that. The little details are a big part of the movie.
Lolll
0:51 Taissa in the white dress and the glowing light look so beautiful
Okay so even bts of this gives me the creeps... WHY WOULD I WATCH THIS BEFORE GOING TO BED
Never sleep again, easy fix.

I just loved this movie i think this is the best among the conjuring series 😍😍 good and unexpected scary sceens. I just loved it😍😍. The location is just amazing and have that scary ambiance in it.
I agree! Creepy gothic classic horror reminded me of Hammer horror films. My favorite of franchise along with Conjuring 2
Taissa farmiga loved 😍❤️
I love good horror filming behind the scenes. It really helps me understand the creation of mood and audience story telling.
I need this behind the scenes after watching the film. It's been almost a week and I'm still thinking about that water scene.....goddamn
I ve been to that castle 2 years ago, seeing it now in this movie is pretty cool
horror movies should have to add in like all the bloopers they did at the end of the credits just so that people like myself can bloody sleep tonight
"Don't deal with the devil" - Cuphead
The cinematagrophy are amazing! Just saw it three hours ago. It's good. I still haven't watched the conjuring part 1 and 2
I like how they had the spirits of the nuns complete, but those which were fabricated by the demon were faceless.
the scene where the sister turned around to see the nun & the demon or the nun swooped her away that scared the crap out of me😂😂😂
The filming location was brilliant !
Saw the movie tonight and I loved it!
Saw it to day really enjoyed the film and plenty of jumpy bits so be prepared 😎
Nice to hear you enjoyed it but sadly I wasn’t
Lil Patrick2046 same lol
Film Riot, off topic from this video but what are you using to light yourself in this video, I see A light to your left and maybe a reflector to your right? I love the aesthetic, I am trying to build a twitch stream and this is the exact lighting I am looking for.
Can’t wait ! They know what they’re doing
James Wan is honestly hands down one of the best horror writers of this decade!
I just finish watch it on cinemaa...omg so scaryyyy...yet so entertaining. Superrrrbbb!!!!
there is a billboard for this near my house I see everyday i cannot wait to see it now
THE FKING JUMP SCARE!!!!!!! I'VE LITERALLY SEEN THAT TRAILER SO MANY TIMES AND YET I STILL SHIT MY PANTS EVERY TIME!!!! "Oh here comes that jump scare again.. someones going to grab here...............*Shit pants*"
In the clips u would expect the nun behind her to jump at her but they came through the side that got me, that was a good jump scare😂😂😂
That jump scare got me good!
I freaking hate jump scares! Thanks a lot Film Riot.
I love them. :)
thanks ry, much love! -an old subscriber :*
That jumpscare still gets me 😤
FUDGE THAT JUMP SCARE i forgot about that. When i watched it in the theaters i screamed so loud

That seems so good
I just watched this movie today and it was amazing
Thanks for showing the bts 👍💯
Saw it this morning. Theater was empty but i loved the movie.
The Nun, the Valak, is my favorite. She has a creepy face and appearance. I am a big fan of James Wan’s horror movies, and have watched all of his series like Insidious.
I'm impressed with Sister Irene ❤❤ Luv you 😘
Duh. The BTS shots looks gorgeous.. 😱 Waiting for the actual movie.
Great movie!! Love it 👍👍
That last part scared the shit out of me 😂

5:24 dont tell me the part where the nun catches the sister and the boom music gave you a small heart jump! im trying to do homework and i jumped LOL
I love myself a good horror movie, the thrill excites me. I don't usually find them scary but Valak is one creepy nun. I mistook my robe hanging on my bedroom door for valak multiple times at night. Scared the shit outta me. 😅
A huge respect to James wan who makes horror movie and it is always a must watch movie...It's my story after watching conjuring 1 & 2 and Annebelle, Annebelle creation as well I literally don't want to see any other movie. Because I'm a true horror movie fan , I'm waiting for Annebelle 3 on 3rd july 2019 and conjuring 3 on 11th September 2020....Who else...?
love the way the farmiga sister says - "Helloww"
I’m 14 and I got into this it the cinemas never been so happy
I've just watched it. Great film you should all see it. The men sat near me were hiding in their tops lol
I couldn't sleep because of the horror movies so to get it out of my head im watching behind the scenes lol
It's almost funny to see the actors panicking without the scary music in the background
this is the scariest shit that I've ever seen in my entire life.. I just watched this yesterday and wooooh i'm soooooooooo fucking scared that I almost missed all the scenes because i just closed my every time there's a thrilling scene. nayahaha well not just me but the whole crown inside the cinema is so fucking scared.
I love this film!

The young actress ,that played a nun ,was fabulous in the movie
Very cool 😁💯
