Having Patrick and Vera to portray the two is amazing too.

Idk if anyone has already said this but I feel like the conjuring universe is one of the only horror movie franchises that you can go back and watch and still be a little creeped out. Back when Nightmare on elm street and Friday the 13th came out people were terrified now you watch those and realize just how goofy and corny they were.
Also because is based on true story, I believe it makes it more scarier.

I’m so glad they didn’t stick to one movie and did a franchise, and I hope there is more to come cuz I feel like there is still a lot to tell. Plus I can’t believe it’s that intense that they had to bless the cast, the crew and the set...
Im pretty sure its intense because they are filming something based on a true story and technically that can wake up a demon. Im not sure if thats the right way to explain it but im guessing thats why they bless the cast, the crew and the set
@@glueyhimself4724 yup cuz anything can happen to them and they wanna make sure that they don’t summon an evil spirit/demon.
"Blessing" the set and cast won't do anything if every single one of those individuals don't live their lives surrendered under the authority of Christ, because, what opens the doors to demonic invation is unresolved, willful, and unforgiven sin.

I have enjoyed all movies apart’ of The Conjuring franchise! The Devil Made Me Do It is now probably one of my favorites. Yes it may not have been “as scary,” but you have to remember that Arne Johnson’s case wasn’t inspired by a haunted house, or haunted doll. This is a true story, one that stemmed from demonic possession, and one of the first US cases where demonic possession was used as defense in the court of law. It was more of a “detective” type of movie, but I throughly enjoyed it. The extra bits were just for fun, but the vocal point of the movie was solely based on Arne’s case. Aside from that, I really enjoy The Nun. Valek is just absolutely terrifying!
Especially at the particular scene at the last part of the movie, when Valak resurface from the water and come face to face with Sister Irene..
Man, that was creeped me out..
This is the best horror franchise in history... and the fact that it’s about a true event is the best. They really did an amazing job at telling their stories. I just hoped that Ed and Lorraine was able to see their work put on a screen for people to see.
