  • I am waking up @ 7.30 these days.. so its really hard to follow 16:8 ratio now . So i have made my own routine dears..
    What I am following now -
    morning - 10 suryanamaskar & 10 burpees
    evening - 15 mints simple workouts & 20 situps
    with a healthy food chart of 14:10..

      @@saranyak.s5252 I have my first meal of the day by 1pm, that mostly include chappathi,Rice and curry rich in protein such as soyabean,chicken,egg,panner and some veggies such as cabbage,beetroot,palak,spinnach . Evening I had some snacks maybe some fruits,nuts whatever healthy.My dinner is by 8pm I used to have same food in lunch or made for breakfast. After every meals u should drink green tea with a gap of 45 min , don't drink anything immediately after food keep a gap of 45min. My morning routine I drink a glass of water with Apple cider vinegar , by the whole day I used to drink 3 litres of water. I used to avoid sugar ,oil, maida foods and pls eat fruits instead of juice.

    Hi chechi,
    There is alot of mistakes in your fasting .
    1. Actually we don't skip meals, we eat 2 meals a day and can have healthy snacks.
    2. In the diet we should include more and more vegetables and fruits.
    3. It's not that you can have anything but we can only have healthy food.
    4. Don't include sugar in the diet
    5. In intermediate fasting we should only homely meals .
    6. Avoid junk food
    7. Avoid maida
    8. You should workouts like cardio.

      No problem by skipping break fast. It's just a myth saying that not to skip bf. I had watched a doctor's page and he also said there is no issue by skipping bf

      Superb.. Even I'm in my weight loss journey. Let me ask u one doubt, if we start having our brkfast at 10 one day n stop having our food within 8 hours. Next day suppose we vl be able to hv to our brkfst at 12 n to finish our food within 8 hrs.. Can we do like that.. Plz clarify my doubt dr

    Its not healthy to loose 4 kg in a week. 1 kg in a week is the healthy way of loosing weight... try loosing weight having healthy food and reducing calorie intake and by exercising... nowadays everyone are trying to be doctors, without thinking about the consequences and advicing others with their experiences and leading others also in wrong path.

    ഞാൻ intermittent fasting ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ എന്റെ weight കുറയുന്നേയില്ല എന്നോട് എല്ലാരും മെലിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് പറയുന്നുണ്ട് എന്നാലും weight എന്താ കുറയതെന്ന് അറീല്ല 65kg ഇണ്ട്. 55 ആകണമായിരുന്നു

    I am following it for 1 month. Aake 4kg aanu eniku ithuvare total kuranjathu. Pinne no change. And there’s no much inch reduction too.. Also I do 1 to one nd half hrz of workout.. I guess it depends on individuals..
