Evening I had some snacks maybe some fruits,nuts whatever healthy.My dinner is by 8pm I used to have same food in lunch or made for breakfast. After every meals u should drink green tea with a gap of 45 min , don't drink anything immediately after food keep a gap of 45min. My morning routine I drink a glass of water with Apple cider vinegar , by the whole day I used to drink 3 litres of water. I used to avoid sugar ,oil, maida foods and pls eat fruits instead of juice.
