Having said that, is there not a market for you to establish an underwriting company that speaks directly to the needs and realities of acutal boaters thereby providing coverage that fit realities ? It's odd one company says you should be north of Hatteras and another says south ? Sounds like pencil pushers in some office somewhere haven't a clue of the realities. Given your expertise, I think you could an entire series on boat insurance. I learned from Sailing Zatara that only certain crew can be on night watch on an ocean passage. Educate us dude !!
