  • Bulguksa Temple is one of the representative Buddhist temples in Korea.
    It was built in the middle of 8 th century during the Silla Kingdom, one of the ancient kingdom of Korea. It was designated as UNESCO World Cultural Heritage in 1995.

    Bulguksa is a beautiful temple. Have been there several times and you can ‘feel’ the history around you. Gyeongju really is the ‘Museum without walls’. Another great explanation of the temple’s history. Thanks again!

      @@koreantourguideyoun3635 I have been an overseas traveller 8 times and each time it has been to Korea. I love your country and have tried to see as much of it as possible. From Ulleungdo to Gunsan and Imjingak to Jeju it is always something new! Have taken my 78 year old brother and sister in law around Korea for 6 weeks - but they still want to go visit one more time!! 😂
