- This is the same song we did in class but we were asked to perform it for tv broadcast which was super exciting. I did this and 2 other recordings with the station of different performances (not just Testament). Unfortunately I was only able to get this copy but once I do, which I will, i'll put em up here immediately. The beginning is a little skippy because the crappy decoder I had to use to upload the video. Sorry people. And I also try to hold my smile at the end of the video which just looks stupid. But the sound is great, and Destiny's voice is even better with this close up of the recording. Hope you guys enjoy this one like you did the other one. Thanks for watching again. -Danny Boy

I am a vocalist of many years. Fronted many local bands, and have been around many guitar players of all ages and i am very impressed with this cover. Testament has been in my blood for years, and this was just awesome!

I wonder how many of you haters were listening to this band in 92, 'cause only consumated connoisseurs of the band like you would have the confidence on deciding who's worthy of paying homage to Testament and who's not. She is paying tribute to the band with the kind of voice she was gifted with, she's not afraid to do it her way. She is being honest and that makes her look even more beautiful: just like the lyrics of the song. I'm absolutely certain that the band would be PROUD of it.

It's good to see that our version of this song (which is also my favorite as decided upon many nights of driving around aimlessly throughout my home town) is to your liking. Your story is truly one of which I like to hear more of from people but it seems these days not many people have experiences like these. You two pulled off an amazing rendition of this song. It takes GUTS to try and tackle a masterpiece like Return to Serenity. The guitar work in any Testament song is very intricate. The leads would be difficult enough with an electric guitar, but you can't hide mistakes with acoustic! So I have a lot of respect for you two. The vocals were also very nicely done. She put an interesting spin on the song with her voice. I liked it. Good luck to you both. May your talent serve you well!
