Another way to get studs or broken bolts out is to chuck them up in a drill and reverse it... It may help to let the clutch slip a bit to act as an impact gun while backing it out. Also, tightening nuts or bolts, just a hair, helps to break up the corrosion before backing them out.
Belts are all off. I removed them to rule them out. Oh wait, you probably haven’t got to the end of this video yet, I found the initial problem with the first rattling. It was the starter. The clunking I think is the flex plate which I’m in the middle of removing the transmission to check it now.

That’s not a pulley bearing or bolt or something like that? None of them are wobbly?
