- After celebrity hairstylist Fabio Sementilli was murdered, his wife, Monica, held a wake at their house. At the wake, Fabio's sister, Mirella Rota, noticed Monica talking to a man named Robert Baker, who was later arrested for Fabio's murder.

So, let me get this straight. Your husband is murdered in your own backyard, and a few days later, you have a wake there? That is unconscionable. It’s still a crime scene. She’s guilty right there.
That's why she did it so the murderer can say my DNA was there because I was at the wake 2 days later. A real wife wouldn't be able to face crowds of people for months yet 48 hours later she throws a party. Wake is to grieve party is to celebrate. 😮

Being stabbed to death is one of the most horrifying ways to die. I can’t imagine the evil inside of someone so willing to take a life that way. Breaks my heart a woman he should’ve been able to trust conspired the whole thing. So freaking sad and unnecessary

Because this woman didn't love him, she loves money. She has no soul, she sold that long ago. She obviously doesn't love her children either, or she would not have killed their father. Men with money need to be careful of "trophy wives" who care nothing for them. There are plenty of women out there that would have adored him. RIP sir, and I pray for your children. They will need strength once the worst traitor and killer is found guilty...soon enough.
I am always amazed no matter how obviously guilty someone is, there is always someone who is in denial and can’t accept it. Although it might be hard to except the daughters need to realize their mom had the dad killed.

I watched this episode a few years ago, I believe on Dateline, or 48 Hours, and it was one of the most disturbing I’ve ever watched

I’m going through divorce and it does scare me. I’ve paid for everything and he sent a text stating I should continue paying. And he can just see our child when he wants. Definitely red flags go up. Courts in a couple weeks and I’m definitely terrified

Her trial got delayed again, because the prosecutors dropped more disclosures on her legal team and they asked for 30 days to digest the new material. Now she won't go to trial until later this year, because the California courts are so backed up because of the most recent crime explosion. Ridiculous the family has to wait THIS long to get justice.
