I ATE A TEN GRAM OF FAT DIET FOR SIX YEARS FROM 15 TO 21. IT DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY DRAW BACKS OTHER THAN MY BODYFAT LEVEL WAS UNDER 8 PERCENT AND MY LEAN MASS KEPT INCREASING. IT WAS INTERESTING HOW HARD IT WAS TO FIND THIS VIDEO.

Years ago I had a severe chyle leak post neck dissection & it took a 9 hr surgery, week in hosp, and weeks therafter to heal. Had to eat zero fat no avoid tissue and muscle necrosis… did lost many nerves perm. But zero fat enabled chyle ducts to ‘fast’ and enable healing around them. I’m also celiac & autoimmune issue laden… so food is never my friend.
So much respect for being able to persevere through all you have and make it work man

Eating no dietary fat is not at all bad for you. See that bulge in your belly or those love handles? That's body fat. When you don't have enough DIETARY fat, your body EASILY converts your BODY fat into use. That's why it's there! Unless you are malnourished or anorexic, eating a zero fat diet diet is not bad in any way. Men who have less than 6 percent body fat and women with less than 16 percent body fat are considered too low. I seriously doubt very many people reading my words here are anywhere close to these numbers. If so, then eat a zero fat diet and live longer!

Hey, so i live in poverty and all i can eat is noodles man. That's all we have is so many noodle packets and I'm not exaggerating. What should I do if i workout but only have noodles as my nutrition source?

I've had problems with testosterone dropping very low due to not consuming enough essential fats in my diet & overstraining, mood changed, body wasn't developing correctly and sex drive was out the window. If this happens to you would you consider going on TRT to help with the preduction? hopefully it doesn't get to that level for you

The problem is because of lack of omega 3. Just supplement with that, your body will be able to produce ample amounts of testosterone with the resources it has. You don’t need an excuse to shove down copious amounts of saturated fat

I’m not allowed to eat any source of fat aswell because I have a failing fonten procedure in my heart so the leakage part is same to me aswell (with some differences) and I lose all protein so I need to eat protein

Very lowfat but not no fat at all. It works because theres only 4-7% fat cals though if u have a spoon of flax oil 15ml and a tsp of mct etc thats still 20g so need to count in the macros when logging true macros. I enjoyed the video, cheers. Have u noticed youve gotten leaner with such lowfat?

Thank you for this. It's nice to see a low fat diet video in a world where everyone seems to be keto :D Are you still doing it? I was doing a diet like yours in one of my pregnancies due to liver problems, basically no overt fats at all, but not vegan as I ate a little chicken, egg whites and fat free dairy. I didn't limit carbs, fruit or sugar at all and was eating up to 3000 cals per day some days. I actually felt good on it, no aches and pains and lots of quick energy from the food (baby was healthy too so obviously didn't miss out on anything). Only problem is I developed Vit D deficiency by the time my baby was 4 months old (fixed by moving to Portugal).

Every whole food contains more or less fat or oils. There is no need to add industrial fat and oil to the diet.

One Egg has 12,5 gramms of Fat. Walnuts are 50% Fat. Even a small handfull is aroumd 10 to 20 grams of Fat. Even lean chicken has 10% Fat on 100 gramms, normally people will eat 2 to 300 gramm amounting to 30 gramms of Fat. If you eat the whole Egg, it looks like you still intake 50 to 60 grams of Fat a day. Sure, its 'intrinsic' but it its still quite a amount for a no fat diet. I recommend white lean fish, which has less, only egg whites and sorry mate, no nuts.

Thats not zero fat diet bro.. all your foods , even fruits and veggies have some fat in it.. plus eggs ( one egg=5g of fat ) and chicken, yoghurt..processed food even low fat has some fat in it.. Try my diet- only fruits and vegies- thats ultra low fat- And I am runner..
