Why does someone keep coming across toxic people? Is it based on an action that they are doing? For example being kind and friendly to everyone?
Sometimes being alone is the best thing. Folks come with all kinds of hidden agendas and motives; this can drain you energy.

Very true! I've had such fake "friendships" and fake "relationships" where there was nothing there really - no trust, no deep conversation, no opportunity to tell the other person anything. What little trust I placed in these people was abused and betrayed. There is indeed no greater loneliness than being in such a fake "relationship/friendship". Such people are a waste of time. It's better to be alone and use one's time in a useful way than to waste time and energy on fake people that don't really care. And yet at times I have met strangers that really cared, that I could have a deep and meaningful conversation with and that showed great empathy. Whilst they did not become friends - some did not want to make new friends after previous bad experiences - the time spent with them and the conversations with them will stay with me forever, in a positive way. And whilst I would wish for friends and a partner, I would only make time for genuine people in my life now. I don't have time for the pretenders, liars and users. Indeed one is not lonely when being alone - one only thinks one is.

Yes Tyler, i had to learn how to entertain myself by reading more, meditating, dancing and exercising, painting, spa and candles and lighting yummy incense to soothe my senses, chillin on the deck with music and half n half and a fireplace 🔥good family gatherings and helping those whom need help the most. Came back to listen to this powerful video. It is very very difficult to grow when you keep in touch with fake people and let them drain you, take it from someone who knows.
So funny I was just thinking to myself that I feel kinda lonely. My mom, some neighbors and some staff members are acting shady towards me. They say one thing in front of my face and another behind me. My mom is a narc n I feel her toxicity is trickling into all other areas of my life and it's really annoying!

I have felt lonely for some time now because I only have one friend. I had to cut off alot of people because they didnt have my interest. One thing I gained is plenty of peace.

And all the best to you too Tyler! - Having your own place is very, very challenging at first - this is because we are brought up in a house full of people so to be in an 'empty house' is very very strange but gradually, over years, a body gets used to this and eventually feels relaxed and fulfilled even living alone - I have a saying - spending time alone helps me appreciate spending time with other people - while spending time with other people helps me appreciate spending time alone - cheers! :-)
Took me a while, I realized I’m in the best scenario possible for me. I’m lonely at my desk at school. I get home and complain that I didn’t have time to study for anything, when I’m reality I did. I was just too focused on fake friend groups. I have time to focus and manifest my self, I can study my art and school work and every make workouts for myself. It’s truly a blessing in disguise ❤.
