Can you make a video explaining the first tip about using the stock fader and plugging with the red cable? Maybe show how it works and before and after sounds? I'm sure you'll get a lot views. Thanks for the tips! My Reloop spin is on its way!
Great tips man, thanks! I have had mine for a couple of weeks, one thing that is happening is that even though my phone is right next to my re-loop spin , my sound is dropping on both the turntable and the blue tooth looper, this happens instead Intermittently when cutting or scratching, can’t work it out, whether it’s due to a bad connection as the blue tooth light flashes, or me putting pressure on the turntable platter, the strange thing is , the sound fades back in again, first the record then the beat from the looper, not sure what the issue is
@@JimmyGGG Right, was gonna say, sounds like a power issue as I noticed it fades in when you turn it on. Make sure you get some good batteries for it. Cheap ones will cause issues...
Not a battery issue. It’s about the friction of the mat underneath. I used the stock one while hooked up to USB wall power and had the exact same problem. The day after, I got some butter rugs in the mail. The problem went away. Rarely happens at all now.
No, you can change the tonearm if you want. But its usually so you can put a professional scratching cartridge on. This all adds up to big bucks and wont necessarily help you scratch better or have better sound. So its up to you if you want that added expense...
@@chubbyboy2242 Thanks! I got the SPIN at an auction cheaper and i wanted to digitize some vinyls at a good quality maybe better than the standard of this device. i am no Dj and i have no experience with needles and tonearms of turntables. I only want to digitize and play at a very good quality. So you say that i should get diamond needles to make the sound better? thx again
I ordered from Sweetwater.com. Seems I got lucky and got one while they had them almost a month ago, but it seems like they have delayed the spin in the USA. So I'm not sure when they will be available...
Thanks a lot for the great tips! Apriciate it 😀 I'm looking for new Bluetooth speakers. I already have Bluetooth speakers, but the sound is played delayed. That's really annoying. Are you familiar with this issue? Unfortunately, the speakers you use are not available in Germany. Do you have any idea for another good speakers? Thanks a lot! Alex
This was something I made myself, I had it laser cut. Was gonna sell them but the adhesive tape I used to hold it kept slipping. Probably could have used a better tape and it would have worked out, but I never tried. If I start messing with that project again, I'll let you know.
I just recieved my Reloop Spin. My Jesse Dean is coming in soon. The volume tip, do I need another fader for this mod to work? I tried to mess with it and connected the red wire cable to the stock fader and its giving my bad feedback and noise. So my question is do I need two faders instead of one? I guess I'll try it again when my Jesse Dean fader comes in. Thanks
Generally the way you hook it up is one fader for cutting and another fader for volume. So I'm not sure if trying to use just one fader for volume would cause issues...
I got the jesse dean fader.. but i got big issues... like you said it was with one fader.. i got crunchy sound with the balance fader and now i can't get the bluetooth/aux signal without the stock fader in the 2nd slot... mhhh... need help...
Clever idea👍
NICE
