- Fixing a wall that was probably not level for a couple of years. Today we try to cut, Level and Brace the two part walls of our post and beam building.
👍👍👍👍👍👌Great progress!!!!
Love your videos and enjoy watching them every time. May the lord bless and protect you and Heather and working on the homestead and building
..lookin' good bush bunnies, keep safe,...Bob...
Good job 👍.
Crazy. Watching that wall come here. God bless.
This was definitely must watch TV.
I was yelling at Heather to get out of there every time you fired up the chainsaw. LOL
Moving on. Thanks for sharing. Ron PTL USA
Heck of a job. Cecil. Hope you and Heather are fine….love the build. I’ll be watching in anticipation of the final close up
Great video work on this one. Nice to see you had enough bottle Jack's to do the job. Laser level helps big time. I laid my entire hillside backyard with pavers and using the laser level. Cut y h e hillside out by hand as there were so many maple roots. Amazing tool. Thanks for an exciting video!
Good Job!
Good job,Break time.👍👍
Great work. As always 👍👍👍
Well done, perseverance.
Great work folks!
Hello, thank you very much. You have a great day. Cheers!
That was pretty neat the way you straitened those walls . The building is coming along . Heather you do good camera work . Cecil you are a building engineer . Seeya
good video and job. chain saw was much better than sawsall, but of you take care, be safe and well.
Who is that young man in this video who sounds just like Cecil?
Oh, wait a minute. That is Cecil, without the beard! 😂😂😂
Love you guys.
Has straightened out quite nicely and front wall lines up well with the roof of the house. So either both wall and roof are right or both would need to be fixed up. The first is less work, so let’s keep it at that!!
glad to see you working on the building again. I thought the 2x4's to the scaffold might be holding the walls up some...
Looks like you guys have awesome weather and you're back on the pole barn huh awesome thank you for the video
Hi both of you
Nice job!! Looking good folks. Stay safe and have a great day.👍🤓👍🤓Randy.
No job is to big for you guys . Thanks for the video .
Nice job guys like always fun to watch you both building together
Good job Cecil you got it closer, From this angle looks like you need to take an inch out of the next post back then it will come down" You have a lot of work ahead of you,
Are you going to insulate and close it in eventually . You have come a long way with it. Great job
Like the long video. Great job on adjusting that wall height.
WHAT ? ARE you crazy ? You had strait and leveled all behind your line !!
Permanent adjustable house floor jacks would come in handy
It may not be rocket science but i have work a few engineers that would have needed three jacks and a slide rule two jacks to get the first one out and the slide rule just to make them look like they know what they where doing. I'm not a big on the gardening parts but watch them anyways because it's part of your show
Awesome video guys 👍🏻⭐️
I can’t believe you just did that lol.
That wasn’t too bad, a little going back and forth trimming but not bad. 👍
are you worried it will keep heaving. here frost goes deep. water lines 8 feet to be out of frost . we have put poles in 5 feet and they get pushed out. now some are 8 deep . hydro is about 6 deep
Awesome work
Hi Heather & Cecil. I suppose you wanted to do something different from gardening today. I can understand the fact that the frost has gone and the pole barn needs some attention. The Ford is in the middle, the front porch has been reintroduced, as you were thinking of building an all round porch installment. But the man macketh the hour, and you certainly do that. Take care. :-))
Great job 👍👍🇩🇰🇩🇰☕️☕️😃
good job!
Getting it done. ❤❤
You had the laser level set up, why weren't you checking how much extra to cut the posts with it? I think you subtracted 1" on the first post you cut and didn't on the corner and third post, that's why it didn't work out the first time.
Nice Work!!! The angle came right out of it..
bravo, good show. I think its engineering problem why these posts didnot sit. nit after cocreteing these gaps wont matter for sure.
Maybe you should of used the Chainsaw!
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Every time I cut a beam with my sawsall, it cuts like I had a case and a few of beer, and 3 bottles of wine, with a few shots a jaegermeister. Every time 😢
Hello, lol..I know what you mean. My cuts look the same :-) You have a great day. Cheers!
I bet its the weird tapered saw blades they have for sawsalls. I'd like to weld a handsaw blade on the sawsall blade and see how that cuts.
You created your own problems with settlement by not finishing your roofing. The lack of settlement was undoubtedly caused by lack of weight. Five inches on the front wall with no weight involved should tell you where your problems lie.
Allow the cleat you're screwing on leave it on screwed at the bottom and it will settle down overnight
Good Morning guys.....Frost raises hell with everything...Great project and video...Please be Safe and have a great day
Good morning Dean, yeah it sure does :-( then when the frost melts and turns to water it washes sand under what it has lifted. Frost is a killer to most all out buildings up here. Thanks again. You have a great day and be safe as well. Cheers!
Kind of funny Cecil, but I have never seen a building built from the top down.
Much betterer.
Cecil you look much younger with your beard trimmed.
Focus Factor
🇳🇴👍👍
👍🏽👍🏽
Cecil ohne Bart siehst du einfach richtig gut aus und deiner Frau gefälltst du bestimmt so auch viel besser es geht wieder vorran 👏🏻👋🙂🙋♂️🇩🇪🤗😁😅😊
Thanks Guys.
Was that Your Brother Cutting with a Chainsaw ??
Everytime I hear a Saw echoing through the Woods it reminds me of the Red/Green show HAHAHAHAHAHA
You loose your Beard and I'm trying to fill Mine out ....
Did you allow for the 1 inch that the Lazer was set?
Hello, the one inch is irreverent since I was just aligning up the line with the top of the wall..this will give me a level line to follow. Cheers!
time for some pie😄😄
Cecil you probably have a good reason but why didn't you pour the concrete footings before erecting the walls?
I believe it was money related. His last name is not Morgan.
@realairplane261 Thank you...you are 100% right. The lumber we can make almost for free..we can also afford a few screws and nail here and there as well, but the concrete is going to take years to save up for. Thanks again my friend. You have a great day. Cheers!
“Save up” that is language the credit card generation does not understand.
@@SkinnersOffGrid I suspected that was why, would have been easier but yeah concrete is exy.
Little round smart pills ha ha ,awesome leveling job!
chainsaw would be better
Cecil ur mic is not working
Check your setup..it's on your side. Cheers!
Maybe shorten up your work on things , just show parts , nobody wants to see you till ypur garden for a half hour, just show pieces too long winded
It looks pretty good Cecil damn mother Earth
Are you going to insulate and close it in eventually . You have come a long way with it. Great job
