Replacing a Joycon Thumbstick for a Nintendo Switch

My inexperience with the Nintendo Switch shows rather clearly in this video, I'll be honest. I am great with hardware for them, but I don't know the software all that well. I'm more of a computer gamer and rarely a console game player. I have 3 other Nintendo Switches in my shop I've received from customers though that need to be repaired, so I better get learning!
