So many people get hung up purely on spec sheets - and it does not help that a lot of the largest tech youtubers don't actually use foldables, just try it out for a week while still using the iphone pro max/samsung ultra in they keep with them anyway. It seems like no one who actually reviews these things use them as daily drivers and it really shows in reviews, kudos to you for actually using the device and giving actual perspective on it unlike the top tech reviewers. Can attest that long time zfold users (myself included) see the value in the aspect ratio and thinner display. I only wanna see incremental increases to the width on the cover display with thinner bezels/smaller hinge while maintaining the same dimensions and inner screen aspect ratio. Too much and you end up with a giant squared brick that doesn't really translate well software wise on the inner screen. Plus, the landscape experience on the zfolds is amazing, would not sacrifice that for anything. Definitely needed faster charging/camera upgrade/bigger battery/spen to justify the 100 dollar price hike on what was already the most expensive of the folds out there, yikes for that ;/ Still, I'm extremely satisfied with my zfold6. Will have to try that rumored ultra/slim/special edition model once that comes to the US, but something tells me it's going to be awhile yet until android developers really hone in on the 8 inch display folds, because right now the aspect ratios don't translate very well and it's basically wasted space most of the time. Until android gets better support for foldables (it's still a bit iffy across the board, even on the zfold, but especially for the other brands) a larger fold just doesn't make much sense right now. Google is the only other company with solid foldable software, but imo still playing catchup to oneui. Hopefully that'll get better with android 15 and the pixel 9 pro fold, would love to see app developers take advantage.
I love the quality, design, details, and love you put into this video, man. Wow, I love it. I fell in love with the Zfod6 as soon as I grabbed it from a store, and when I got it, it took time to get used to the front display. I'm not going to lie; I regret it sometimes. However, after a week or two, I just used the phone as normal, and I cannot return to a regular phone now. But there are some warnings that I will say to everyone who wants a foldable: if you have kids, get a second phone or something, because they will want to play with it, and the inner screen is soft. I have some visible marks on the inner display because of my kids, which will remind me to be careful with it. Returning to your video, let me know that you did an amazing job with the camera angles, the music, the sound, everything; at this point, I don't care about what phone is faster than others, so your video is perfect for an audience like me. The best design, I want my foldable to be compact to hold in the hand. Then, open to a bigger inner screen. That was the whole purpose of a foldable phone.
Wow, everything u said exactly how i felt about my z fold 6 regardless of those hate comments. Im using both ultra and fold. I've compared it with honor v3. Although it's slimmer, fold 6 gives me better hands-on feelings. This boxy design really is my forte.
I was not going to buy it, but the price have lowered to 1,126.00 without taxes for the 512gb model. I have tried the 1st gen 3rd and 5th and I haven't like the narrow display. I'll hope the bezel reductions make a difference in this one. Planning to give it a try and if it doesn't work I'll keep the S23U

I went with the Honor magic v3 cause i think it deserves the attention if your talking about foldable phones. The samsung is not bad but also not top notch. At the end of the day, everyone should decide for thier own what device they think is the „best“. :) great video btw
Good video. Agree with almost everything said here. The Fold 6 is my 1st ever Foldable. Always been a Galaxy Note fan and a Galaxy S series Ultra fan. I do.love my fold and still.also use my Galaxy s24 ultra. I find myself also watching a lot of content on the outer display. I do wish the battery was bigger and the Spen was able to be stored in the phone itself. OR for the price paid for phone included a case and Spen.

Watching this video on my fold6....amazing device. I've had no issue using the cover screen for texting, etc. I'm 6'2 225 lbs...not sure why/how people are struggling to utilize these tools on the cover screen...
I have an S10 plus 1 TB (apparently rare to get a 1TB for an 100 but it is still so freaking awesome. I can do video editing. Dual SIM plus tool for an additional SD card. Head-honestly jack plus blue tooth for ear buds. What I find is that many times these companies take things away and charge more.

The only part that is lacking is the camera but I still can tolerate with it. It is so fun to watch my movie, tiktok & youtube on fold 6. Never regret to switch to this phone after being an iphone user from iphone 3G
I had the 6 fold, but the scream is still not wide enough, and that's why the cover screen is still small. When you close the phone, the color stream is still too small. Maybe 1 day they will make a bigger cover scream, probably like the size of the ultra 24, with no crease in the middle. When open the phone😅😅
I'm using the fold 5 and love it. It's like having an iPad mini at all times. I donusenis for photo editing on the go too. I wish it had a Micro SD slot but it's not a deal breaker

You know you can swipe down on the middle of the screen and bring down your noti tray, as well as rearrange icons and folders closer to the button rendering the top portion of the screen basically useless ... We need a wider display for texting. Everything else can be worked around .
The "one-handed use" excuse for the Fold is such a cop out. Even watching this video, you can see he could easily reach the left side of the screen on ANY phone. And there's nothing reachable about the top of the Fold 6. All that being said, I personally think the Fold 6 screen is fine. The slight adjustment Samsung made this year is JUST enough to make the outer display usable IMHO.

I love the portability of the flip phones, Samsung, Motorola, Xiaomi.... I don't care too much about the cameras since they all take good pictures. But the durability of the screen, i keep my phones for at least 4 years, and a foldable seems to break way before the 2 years. Am i wrong?
I did order Fold6 at launch, due to some issues it couldn't be delivered to my place. I was angry and I bought Vivo X Fold 3 pro and I never regretted the decision. Thankgod I didn't buy Samsung Fold 6 bcz value-price proportion was very less compared to other foldables in the market.
I have had z fold 2 and z fold 3, I found the "cover" screen perfect, infact I fell in love with the cover screen, I have bought s22ultra now and I dont like it at all, screen is just too big all the time I cant choose one or two handed use (open or closed) (I gave my mum z fold 2 after I upgraded to z fold 3, but I broke my fold 3 after dropping it on sharp pair of twezzers)
This would be my go to fold if it wasn't for that ridiculous outer screen which in my opinion isn't fit for purpose. The honour v3 fold is better and the pixel 9 fold is my favourite.
You've never used it. I had a fold 6 and sent it back in prep for the pixel 9 fold and now I'm sending the pixel back and ordered a fold 6 again for only 1100 shipped no trade in. The pixel is nice but lacks true multi tasking, difficulty using one handed , ugly outer screen bezel. Not worth the $2000
In the settings menu, go to Wallpaper and style, then click Change wallpapers, then you should see it under Featured section - it’s one of the interactive wallpapers. You’ll find this one in there.
I do think the cameras are fine…of course not the best - but still good quality - talking about the outer main lenses of course. I would avoid using the inner selfie camera lol

I was amazed by how much detail I could hear in the songs I love and had only listened to them on Apple Music or UA-cam music till then.

Coming from the S22 Ultra the narrow screen is very good imo. Easy to text and do simple tasks.
