I love how this episode shows one of the most unhealthy relationships while also showing one of the most healthy ones, its brilliantly done lol. On one side you have cartman who is manipulating and being terrible to Heidi and then you have Craig who is changing how he sees things so he can best help tweek!
Maybe Craig should be with Heidi and Tweek with Cartman.
@@jamesjonnes nahhhhhh
@@jamesjonnes tweek does not deserve that
@@nuggetnugget8467 no one does...
@@jamesjonnes no just keep cartman single
The whole Cartman Heidi relationship is brilliantly done, they perfectly illustrate what is like to date a narcissist, the way Eric manipulates and changes Heidi gets very realistic sometimes
Cool story bro
@@osososd lmao
Moral of the story: You can't change a narcissist. A narcissist changes you!
@@osososd Are you braindead or something? He is not wrong.
The episode that makes me despise Heidi though was definitely the halloween episode I feel no sympathy for her there.
I love how Craig actually decided to listen to Tweek after hearing what Heidi said, it's so sweet!
But it's still nonsense. Craig was correct and Tweek was operating on emotion rather than facts.
@@JoveJoved some people can’t help but be driven by emotions, I think it’s better to strive for a balance between both
@@JoveJoved he just needed to not feel pushed immediately pushed aside to process it I guess
@@JoveJoved empathy helps more than logic when you're having an anxiety attack. tweek is clearly very paranoid and anxious
Kinda hit home because I'm absolutely like Craig 😂 only logic matters
I like how you pointed out how bad Tweek's own father is at handling his erratic behaviour (that HE caused to begin with by lacing his coffee with meth and getting him addicted) compared to Craig; to the point he's notably less twitchy with him.
my god your right. and in the post-covid special, tweek doesn't twitch at all really. craig probably helped him cut the 'coffee' out of his diet. obviously what damage that's been done has been done, but he's getting better. i love this couple.
I LOVE how Stan shows his friends Cartman's voicemail! Hilarious!
Right?!? Hahaha! He didn’t waste any time!
@Dash Reacts Well deserved,😂😂😂😂he is liar and is always putting his gf down
I love him for making sure their click heard Cartman in his true form. 😂😂😂
Well deserved
@@dash.reacts Hey I recommend you watch Pee, it has a Cartman Song also.
I really appreciate how you include trivia that we would have otherwise missed in your reviews.
Same!
I realize I might put unwanted pressure on Dash here but this is one of the reasons I click to view his videos as soon as I see them pop up in my feed.
So many references that I've missed!
Keep up the good work Dash!
This is really important because many of us miss a lot of context.
I never thought Tweek and Craig would be a couple, and now they're the best couple on the show.
The Ultimate Enemies to Lovers (by outside influence, both times)
The fact that they only became a couple to mock the ppl that ship characters in South Park😭
@@oceanfive8201 Pretty much, the reason they go by it was to just not have to deal with everyone else constantly asking them.
The musical talent of Matt and Trey are so underlookee
Nearly every song is a banger even as parodies.
It’s like weird Al.
Is it though? Didn't they win ton of awards for best musical? I also remember Robin Williams performing blame Canada at the Oscar's or something. That year they lost best song to Phil Collins tough so they smade a few episodes where they shat on him SP style.
They are really talented people
@@Sollidottingen yes they won a tony and everytime they are interviewed about it, they say how it was a side project they did in their freetime
It's mostly Trey, because he was a music major at college.
I love Cartman's songs, they are actually pretty good and have funny lyrics 😂
He makes me feel closer to Jesus...
@@zomlove8557 He makes me feel his salvation all over my skin!
@@zomlove8557 Absolutely, he made me feel feeling for Jesus I have never felt before! Praise our lord and savior Cartman, amen.
@@Official_RetroMania it makes me want to get down on my knees and start pleasing Jesus.
@@McNuggins I want Jesus all over my face!
It is kinda sweet that Tweek's nervous tics go away or calm down a lot with Craig and that Craig can comfort Tweek better than Tweek's own parents. Just shows how willing Craig is to make this work. God I love them. ❤
Yes, Is so sweet
I agree. Craig has to be one of the best boyfriends on television.
The Spanish version was also hilarious. It was something like "Eric no debes morir, Eric tu debes vivir"😂😂😂😂
Exacto
Im so glad Matt and Trey made the children's deaths so graphic, really made the gravitas of distracted driving hit way harder.
Cartman’s rap goes so friggin hard.
The car crash goes so friggin hard.
This episode goes so friggin hard.
I really love your reactions and how you take the time to edit, pointing out references or providing information about what happens in the chapter, I'm from Argentina and many of the things that are mocked in shout park are lost by not knowing some things of American culture, thanks for that, there are episodes that I could enjoy more knowing the inside joke
I love how Tweak and Craig play out in this episode. It's a demonstration how typically (not all of course) in relationships the man wants to constructively solve the problem, while the woman actually just wants emotional support, not constructive help. An issue I definitely have experienced myself in the past.
That emotional support can be destructive to the people giving it. Specially if the other person just want to tell him problems, over and over again
@@KaiserM3 which is not the case in this episode bc tweek was freaking about bc the freaking president was actually twitwing about him and provoking another country into attacking tweek lol he had all the rights to be freaking out
@@sebastyann123 you are right, the episode was beyond beautiful, but my comment was about the other guy's reflection.
The songs in this episode are legit god-tier! Both "Put it down" and Cartman's "Suicide rap" are absolutely fire!
Thank you for powering through the editing process with your hand injury
Hope you recover quickly

Another ecommended South Park episode (that's social commentary focused) is the season 19 episode 5 "Safe Space"
Alternatively, please consider reacting to the Goth Kids trilogy:
Season 7 episode 14 "Raisins"
Season 12 episode 14 "The Ungroundable"
Season 17 episode 4 "Goth Kids 3: Dawn of the Posers"
Hands down the best Cartman song of all time is, "Too Many Minorities in My Water Park."
@Dash Reacts
Put It Down is one of my favorite songs from South Park.
I think out of the entire show, this is probably my favorite episode, just for Tweak and Craig’s relationship. Also the songs, man the songs are good this episode
As much as South Park messes around, the romance with Tweak and Craig is legitimately beautiful every time
I really wish someone could explain how they have a "beautiful romance" as far as I can remember before the whole yaoi episode that forced them to be together the only interaction between them was a manipulated fight by the other kids. Obviously Matt and trey can do what they want but I will never see there "romance" as anything more than being forced lol
@@stokeyarcanum5754 that’s literally the whole point of their relationship, it WAS forced, as a joke, but people liked them together so much that they stuck together
@@stokeyarcanum5754 Tell me you’re homophobic without telling me you’re homophobic 🤷♀️
You don’t hate the cause
You hate the relationship dynamic
@@hannahstevenson27 Not thinking a relationship between two boys is "beautiful" doesn't equal being homophobic.
@@hannahstevenson27 not liking a specific relationship is not homophobic, homophobic is if he would say " damn i hate them being together because they are stupid gays" but he didn't say that
Tweek and Craig are the healthiest couple in south park, so wholesome. :3 instant liked your video! thanks for another great reaction!
They honestly do
Wish they'd get more focus, they only have the two episodes and Fractured But Whole as a couple. Every time there's a new season I'm always hoping for some more Tweek and Craig stuff.
Were they actually gay to begin with? Or was it because the asians that the Yaoi drawings?
@@eternallegacy89 it was technically a forced relationship, but the creators made it cannon eventually and they accepted it
@@eternallegacy89 its actually reminiscent of the "fake dating" trope. "Fake dating" almost always results the two "faking it" actually falling in love
Ahhh! My favorite episode! Love how both story lines merge together.
The Cartman rap song is a spoof on the rapper Logic’s song on the same subject. “1-800” Many ppl thought it was corny and logic only did it to revive his music career
Did it work?
Don't be dissing it, I love that song 💀 Though Cartman sang it better
The way that in the song tweek sings the songs harmony, mans ANGELIC
When Tweek started banging the piano and started screaming, I felt that!
And I think they intentionally made sheet music in sync with him banging the piano, just look at the chords and you can even see the lyrics there xD
It's genuinely impressive how many of the references you get.
I love how they immediately got together to laugh at Cartmans voicemail messages 😂😂thats exactly what you should expect from a male friend
Eric's raps were incredible!
You need to the "fantastic easter special" season 11 episode 5. Since easter is coming up and I think you are ready to know the truth about the holiday.
Yes!!!!
Double Yes!!!!
Triple yes!!!
South Park always kills it with their music lol. Also, I hope your hand gets better soon.
The episode was so cute! The relationship between Tweek and Greig almost made me cry 😭
Eric's best song is a two way tie between Come Sail Away and Poker Face.
Craig and Tweek are so wholesome.
CArtman's Poker Face rendition is the best. Then his Christian Rock stuff. edit: " I wanna get down on my knees and start pleasing jesus" gets me every time xD
As someone that is not from the US, I want to thank you for pointing stuff out. there were a lot of references south park did that only after you showed then that I understand.
Just found out that cartman was imitating Logic lol
you’re absolutely hands down my favorite react channel. love the effort you put in! only hope you grow from here man. if people like blasphemoushd could make it to a million with low effort you’ll reach even higher with your formula
This episode is the best of Cartman singing in all of South Park. Also, if you want some more Biggie in South Park I recommend “Hell on Earth 2006.” Season 10 episode 11.
Now you have to do the Fingerbang episode. LOL
😂 haha 😂 ok, that was funny
I was like “How did I not realize Dash reacted to this episode?!” upon seeing the thumbnail, only to realize that it was a brand new upload 😂 excited to watch!!
Great reaction, Dash. Nice to have you back (what the heck happened to your hand). Tweak is one of my favourite characters, I really liked when he was Kenny's replacement for a while, but he got left out a bit for a few seasons of South Park, so I really liked this one. And despite the way Tweak and Craig were kind of forced together by societal pressure (with South Park once again delivering a view from the other side), I really loved how we saw the effect Craig can have on him now.
I certainly can't imagine how scary that is for you being so close to N.K and having those missiles flying over. I'm in Scotland and near an airport and occasionally have interceptor euro fighters take off and hit the after burner really hard, then a few days later you see some report about a "geographically significant" country that had a military plane flying a bit too close, makes me nervous sometimes.
That last song is beautiful!!!!
This reminds me of around 2014, my Korean gf went home for a few months and there was a missile attack, i saw the news and called her immediately in somewhat of a panic. She laughed at me and said this is nothing, it happens all the time, told me not to worry and thought it was sweet i was so worried.
It's a quaint story now but at the time i felt physically sick but she just laughed it off.
Thank dashie, I was having a bad ending to my day, and I grabbed some food and seeing your video notification really cheered me up. I don’t know if and how things will get better but I appreciate your reactions always lifting my spirits and making me laugh.
Hope things are better today bro. Life can be crazy rough at times. Sending Good vibes your way!
@@lucashogan2912 thank man much appreciated
People joke about fidget spinners, but I used one to help quit smoking cigs. I had been smoking for 20 years and part of the addiction was keeping my hand busy while driving.
Hope your hand gets better
Love that you noticed his tics relaxed because of Craig
Tweek and Craig looking at each other, smiling, while holding hands might be the most wholesome thing of the show
I've watched every episode of South Park dozens of times and have never even thought about watching reactions before, but with "Put it down" being my favourite episode I was curious to watch someone else watch it and after searching UA-cam I stumbled upon your channel. What can I say, you have made episodes I've seen dozens of times seem so fresh they're like brand new, and I'm getting through your other videos about 5 or 6 a night. I mean this from the heart, well done and keep up the fantastic work Dash. Absolutely brilliant reactions, insightful, funny and just brilliant. Thank you for making my favourite show seem like new again. Respect to you from myself here in the UK. This is an amazing episode and if Craig knew just how much people liked it he would be so happy. One episode that is another of my favourites and which I would absolutely love to see you do is " The Cissy ", season 18, episode 3....Oh , and Butters ...man, you just gotta feel sorry for that little dude....
A little late to the party but I appreciate your videos. Your Reactions themselves are entertaining but what sets you apart from other reactors, at least the ones I know, is that you're actually adding value to the content you're reacting to. Pointing out subtle details one might miss, showing references, translating Japanese and Kennyese. Looking forward to more.
Matt and Trey just casually reminding us why the book of mormon won 9 tony awards. I almost teared up watching the song at the the singing is amazing and Tweak and Craig are really wholesome.
Dash you're easily my favorite reaction channel when it comes to south park and even everything else! thanks for the laughs, much love from Finland!
hope ur hand is good bro, great reaction as always
Cartman's voicemail is so hilarious
There is something so wholesome about tweek and Craig ☺️
If you played one of the games (which I highly recommend) you’d know there is more to Tweak being the way he is than just having anxiety. (It’s messed up)
5:13 this songs been stuck in my head for years it actually goes so hard 😂
The final song slaps so hard NGL. Listen to it occasionally
Season 21 really made me love PC principal. He is fucking greatest new character
Just found your channel the other day and just want to say it’s so much fun to watch these episodes for the first time with you. What a blast!!!!! Keep them coming.
The funniest thing about Tweek X Craig is that they're like the second most healthy functional relationship in the SouthPark
Omg!!! This is one of my favorite episodes!! So excited to watch :) Already liked!
Man I wish you would post more!! I know you are a busy man but your videos male me so happy.
Let’s talk about how hard Cartman’s rap was cause I heard it one day and I said damn
i love that you include clips of references people may have missed!!
Let's be real. The president tweeting is not really a big deal.
Well since he didn't start any new wars I say bring on the mean tweets.
For many people mean tweets was worse than expanding the economy and keeping the peace with other countries🙄
One of my favorite episodes! Tweek and Craig started on a hilarious way but they end up being a really sweet couple. Their arc in the video game The Fractured But Whole is super cute too. And I love the song Put It Down! Hope your hand heals soon man!
i adore this episode, the social commentary is, like always, on point but its also such a sweet Craig/Tweek story
"Butterballs" (S16) after this episode is a great "continuation"
South Park if one of the few shows that can be sweet, sensitive and thoughtful while in the very same episode get away with having people run over children as a comedic gag
just today when I was wondering if you would upload a reaction soon, and now that I see your hand I understand the little delay, hope you recover well!
This is one of my favorite episodes along with my favorite song, I really like how they seriously develop Tweek and Craig's relationship it's really cute
Put it down is one of the best songs by South Park. Right up there with Blame Canada
1. i love that cartman just gives craig the same bad advice he'd give anyone else at that lunch table. it's a weird, good kind of character growth.
2. i like that it's clear while craig and tweek may have faked it in the beginning, they are a real couple now, helping each other out when they need it and figuring out their problems together. craig showed more maturity here than some 25 year old dudes i've known.
3. cartman and heidi are so, so toxic as a couple, but cartman's songs go hard in this episode. it makes a perfect contrast to the power couple focused on the other half of this episode.
i legit teared up over the end of this episode, and it's probably because it's just nice to see a gay couple not treated like a joke but not overly serious either- just normal- especially from a show like south park.
You should watch “Mystery of the Urinal Duece” from S10 or “Wacky Molestation Adventure” from S4
I haven't been able to stop listening to this song OVER AND OVER, since I watched your video.
I hope you're happy with yourself. 🤨😉
Hehehe, sorry Mike 😅😁
Don't be. I've really been enjoying your videos...keep em coming!
It helps that Trey Parker was a music major.
Cartman did actually try to kill himself though in the Highschool Musical Episode.
Eric was actually spitting
after binge-watching all of your South Park reactions, I would like to see S3E15, "Mr. Hankey's Christmas Classics". It's pretty much a musical episode, with some really catchy songs and great vocal performances. Although ot as hilarious as most of the regular episodes, this one definitely stands out for me. Thanks for your amazing work!
Their version of the dreidel song is my favorite one in Mr. Hankey’s Christmas Classics. They took a song that I’ve heard repeatedly every year since I was a toddler that I was damn near sick of and turn it into something that is actually a lot of fun to listen to and sing along with. That’s impressive.
It's always a good day when Dash uploads.
Best thing ever is watching this show with my adult son who has never seen it before and watching his reaction to things i love 😂😂
As many episodes as you've watched, I think you're ready for the "Kenny Dies" episode.
Eric! We don’t want you to die 🎶 🎶 they make the best songs for real 😂
The cartman song in this episode and the Too Many Minorities song from the waterpark episode are my favorite!
8:55 I think the dragon is supposed to be Mushu from Mulan.
The white bowling pin with feet shaped thing is supposed to be a Shmoo. Originally from the very popular in its day (1930's - 70's) comic strip Li'l Abner, it's gone on to appear in other things like The Flintstones.
Lmfao cartman really snapped on that song at the end I forgot about that 😂😭 don’t got hbo max and ur reactions are like rewatching it with a friend. Thanks for the uploads
Cartman doing a "Logic" was everything!
that suicide rap song is a reference to logics song about suicide and it’s funny you caught it
Man that rap was baddass
NO WAY… I literally was looking for this reaction after finding your channel yesterday lmao
Another excellent episode: Dances with Smurfs: It's about Cartman, Wendy and how media can spin their narratives
Lol Took me 2/3 of the episode to figure out why a quarter to a half of the South Park screen is pink. Then it dawned on me. It’s Dash’s red shirt 😂🤷🏻♀️🤣
In 2017, two days before i flew to Japan for vacation, North Korea tested their rockets. My mother was scared about me. I mean, coming from Europe we would've flown directly through North Korea.
Cartman singing always slaps
One of the best South Park eps. of all time.
Its not a nervous tick. The coffee that his parents feed Tweek every day is laced with meth. That is why he is called "Tweek Tweak", cause he is always tweaking (slang for freaking out, panicking or getting scared from the effects of drugs) lmao. Yeah South Park used to be a lot darker with the humour lol.
I'm so glad you finally watched this episode! This is my favorite episode of South Park!
Your reaction videos are one of the highlights of the week, keep up the great work.
Best song from Eric!
I've been feelin' sad, I've been bein' sad,
Can't talk to my mom, don't even have a dad.
I can't go on. What is livin' for?
My heart screams "I DON'T WANNA LIVE NO MORE!"
[joined by a chorus of kids that are prerecorded on a boombox]
Eric, we don't want you to die, Eric. Give life a try.
Eric, we don't want you to die, Eric. Oh God no, Eric.
I don't wanna live no more, no more, no more, no more.
[walks up to a boy and uses him as a ventriloquist puppet]
But Eric, we don't want you to die.
You're so kewl, we'd be sad at school.
[walks away and goes back to his normal voice]
Yeah, but you guys, you don't understand.
With my girlfriend, it's like I'm livin' in quicksand
Conflicting thoughts, I need a battered wife shelter.
My girlfriend is messed up, but all I wanna do is help her.
I'm suffocatin', I'm drowning in sorrow.
Gonna kill myself, probably around 2:30 tomorrow.
[with chorus]
But Eric, we don't want you to die, Eric. Give life a try.
[solo] Everybody!
[chorus a Capella] Eric, we don't want you to die, Eric. Oh God no, Eric.
But it's so hard!
Eric, we don't want you to die
"a young homosexual boy named tweak…"
"Kim jong dong" 😂
Ayyyy. Normally hate Sunday nights before bed and work in the morning, but I can go to bed happy after watching this video
This was one of the top south park episodes with the jokes + the song
