Oh, Yogigems! My favourite frogs grew wings now? Whaaat? Obviously my frog cannot fly very well yet. However the heart surely wanted to break free and fly out of my chest. Never have I been more grateful for savasana that came in just in time!
This is one of my favourite Kriyas! When I work with other Kriyas for a while, pressure builds up in my mind. I think the energy flows change faster in the rest of my body. Whenever I feel that pressure, I do this Kriya and my mind immediately catcjes up. It's wonderful! Thank you so much😃!

Of late my heart feels broken for reasons we all have experienced and this kriya allowed my heart to be and feel what is often hidden or held back. I prayed for some answers and this kriya allowed both.my hear and head to counsel. uplifted and grounded!

I love this well-rounded kriys. I have practiced it several times as a 40 day kriya. I love practicing this one in the morning snd then a different one later in the day/early evening for variety and to serve sny ohysicsl or mental obscurity thst msy be presenting. I am wondering if there is a kriya to help ease the tension of a headache that msy or may not stem from tight muscles in the shoulders and/or neck. I hsdnt experienced a headache for a couple years after beginning kundalini yoga but in the last couple months ive hsd several due to the increased stress of taking care of my father in his last couple months of kife and especially since he left his earthly body in August. Any suggestions you may have to offer would be gladly accepted. Thsnk you for getting me through soneof the toughest days of my life this summer, your energy and passion are radiant. I am doing 108 a day and would like to add 26 frog squats to my morning kriya but dont always feel they "fit" in. I see such mind clarifying and heart activation and Oneness when I do 108 frogs a day but want to make sure i know when its approroate to add them to a kriya. I've noticed I'm tensing my face and nose up a lot when breathing and doing breath of fire in particular. Is it better to do it with a relaxed face? It just helps with more air intake but I'm concerned I'm storing tension here 😅 love your practices thank you 🙏🏻
