these days I was training, and my opponent made a toe hold when I made this move. Is there a way to not take this hit while spinning? Thanks in advance.
Yeah could be two things. Best would be to hook the leg al the way. Somewhere halfway I show this option I believe. Or at the very least have a good squeeze on their leg as you start to roll to not leave your leg dangling there for the taking. Hope that helps
