Absolutely, and among all the BJJ youtube vids and BJJ instructors, he's among the ones who has greatly evolved and improved in ways I cant express. BJJ 2.0 and beyond.
5:07 to 6:49 is solid gold. That finish is what I teach my students, the foot under the calf while bringing the heels to the mat. It gets both legs involved in a way that uses their natural strength. Legs are strongest in a front/rear kicking motion. The "old" way of finishing with an ankle under the knee pulling the head down andd trying to squeeze your legs together isn't nearly as strong. The detail of swinging to the other side to break posture though, that is awesome!
These are some amazing guard attacks!! I’ve hit a few and couldn’t believe I was able to remember. I love that you explain the concepts and detail each step. You’re the best out here!! THANK YOU!!😢
Thank you so much for this Coach!!! Been struggling with finding different attacks from K-guard but your video really helped me improve my roll game. Oss!!!!
You are awesome my friend your videos are so helpful my joy jitsu game definitely improve thank you so much for tremendous effort that you put in make this videos !
One thing I am noticing here - prior to watching this video I always kind of thought that K guard always had the right knee (in this video example ) tucking to the inside space of the top guy’s left thigh . But I notice , on this video, that the knee only tucks down inside the opponent’s inside space of their left thigh when the bottom guy is interested in attacking the legs . For all the upper body attacks, the knee does not tuck inside the thigh. Is this correct ?
I’d say that’s accurate. I’m sure there are exceptions, but for the most part, leg outside = better upper body attacks, leg inside (half guard) = better lower body attacks.
I am a simple purple belt, but when I see a knight jit jitus instructional, I click, watch it, and save it as one of my favorites.
I appreciate that so much. Thanks
Same bro…40 yo hobbyist purple here. This coach’s instruction just works for me. So easy to follow. Love his instruction.
Glad someone is on the same page !
Black belt here... he is super inspirational and no bullshit moves.

Me being on the smaller side, this video really benefited me when I’m playing guard. Keep up the great content.
The fact that this is free is amazing. Incredible instruction. Thank you coach!
My pleasure and thank you!
The Heisen guard entry, never even thought about that. Great video, gave me a good starting place to explore k guard from closed guard.
Legitimately better than a lot of stuff I've bough on BJJ Fanatics. Thank you Eli!
I appreciate that my friend
Eli does such a good job of explaining and demonstrating that I feel like I could teach this to a class
Thank you so much!

Well damn…if this isn’t just what I needed
Loving K-Guard!
Truck entry looks decent imo, I also like that short armbar and wristlock from the omoplata sweep
Nice job
very helpful, thanks
Great stuff as always brother🔥Hope you're doing well🤙
Thanks my friend. You too!
Great video thanks knight. Shouldve mentioned some other good resources for K guard at the end. Lachlan, neil melanson to name a couple pioneers
Thank you for this
Very nice!
This is great information, is the arm that is hooked under their leg in any danger?
Not really. They can’t do much to take advantage of it, and if you want it back, it isn’t hard to get it back.
good video!
Great video
Thanks!
This guy is crazy
K guard is the future.

Literally use your brain and scroll through his cornucopia of FREE gems he bestows upon us mere mortals.
Really good but the guy recording is breathing into the mic the whole time lol
Dude! I was wondering who just ran a marathon and picked up the camera?
Super 🖒👍👌
Could he have put her in a neck crank (I can't remember the name) right after the calf slicer
It's called a Twister.
Dope as fuck technique
awesome stuff. but... for the love of god... please find a way to avoid the camera man loudly breathing into the microphone 🤣🤣

Hey coach , can you do a tutorial on mounted-arm in-guillotine-full guard escape ? like the one Gabriel Bonfim used against Mounir Lazzez in the UFC ?
Great idea, and I actually have plans to do a guillotine escape video soon anyway!
@@KnightJiuJitsu Thank you so much my Coach 🙏🏻❤️
