Wow, this is the greatest work yet Kong I really enjoyed watching it, love the music to can play this all day like a home aquarium so many species to just amazing!
I spent one month shooting this video and am glad you like it This is something I did not expect neither I think there are still some place like this, I just need to look for it
Nice meeting you this week - thanks for taking the time to show us your camera set up and explaing how it works. Hope to see you on the Coney Island pier again.
This is Dens V. From the fishing trip from City Island. The older man who won the Porgy Money Pot. We had a wonderful chat together that day and of you saying I would win the pot.
As a kid back in the 70s. I remember being on the Coney Island pier and a guy catching a spider crab. Drops it on the ground and stomps on it with his platform shoes.
To all the brain surgeons who complain about the music if u dont like the music theres this secret thing u can do dont tell anybody else but u can hit mute AMAZING
Thanks for the input, hopefully I will find a better way to work on the music next time If you have a good source of music library, I would really appreciate that you let me know Thanks again for watching

Love the video!! I hope to see more of these videos. Can you make another one? I want to see a summer time version of this. I went to catch porgy today and got a lot of bites but nothing got hooked. I am curious if those were from crabs or small porgies.
This videos badass, i wonder what it looks like almost 4 years later (now)? Pleasd post! Also, what kind of camera is this? Would love to get one myself!
@@kongsit1111 Thanks for showing this. I grew up about a mile from the pier you're filming this (Coney Island houses). When I was a kid, I was always curious what was on the sea floors of Coney Island. I was always curious how deep does it go. With the advancement of digital technology, I am learning the answer to these childhood questions. There are seals at near by Swingburne and Hoffman island. These are the two islands west of the Coney Island pier. I can't remember the name of the ecologist at Kingsborough, but she said seals were common to the area hundreds of years ago, but left due to human activity. They are coming back because of clean up efforts. Coney Island is really a beautiful place. I can see why it was a resort at the turn of last century.
I love the video but it confirmed my disappointment with Coney Island pier...there’s absolutely no big fish there, just the nibbling bait stealers. This video proves what I have thought all along, the fishing there is lousy.
was swimming by the pier the other day. It was ridiculously clean.. September & October weather permitting the water is spectacular. best kept secret.

I did not know that this many species were still "alive and well" at Coney Island! Thanks for sharing!!!
Truly amazing to see what's under the pier! Awesome work Kong!
Excellent video, the water is so clear. Spot on with the Spot fin.
Make more of Coney Island please! But this time move to the end! And then do one of the shallow part!

Sure you totally deserve it, thanks for watching my video!
Impressive photography. Surprised to see tropical fish. Hooks too large. Trout side no 12 or so would work.

Great footage! Loved seeing the Bluefish swim in. However you gotta do something better with the music. The constant loop is rough.

Great video
Amazing quality!
This is as clean as further east on LI. The north shore of LI also gets fish bowl clear around Sept October depending on weather
Excellent video. Please go out in a fishing boat with the camera. Thanks Ken

I enjoyed your video very much except for the music , it wasn't for me ,,,,,, thank you very much for sharing this video with us all
This is the best
Nice video, how did you set up the shot, and keep the bait centered?
Thank you all for your comments
Expect to see more videos when I find more fishes
Love ❤️ it
No Coney Island whitefish?
I LOVE the video -- the music could use some work! (Pardon me, I'm a musician -- so I may be a little more sensitive to the audio!)
Yes I agree, I am struggling with the audio to put on my videos, not sure where to look for a good source
How about forget about the music and just use the original audio
It's a entire universe down under there.

what's the fish w the stripe along its body called ?
Hey can any list all the different fish in this video??
Some of those fish look like they are in the Cichlid family. Those are fresh water fish. Am I mistaken?
Even though they look like Cichlid, it is the ocean, only saltwater fish survive
