You make vegan cooking so easy and elegant. I work as a cook for early childhood programs and use your recipes. When we serve standards like mac and cheese, chicken nuggets, tacos or pizza, our kids are disappointed that we don't have Mr Yeung's food.

Beautiful and mouth watering dishes. I find garlic chives are better than the garlic bulb, I can only get the chives when the bulbs sprout.

I had chopped up a poblano pepper today to put in slaw, and later I was wiping my eyes. I would hate to think of doing that after chopping one of the Thai chilies! My eye was burning enough just from the poblano.
Wil, I have dark soy sauce, and I also have Kekap Manis, dark sweet soy sauce. When you call for "dark soy sauce", which do you prefer? The Kekap Manis has a molassasy undertone. Love them both, your recommendation?
