Were you the main applicant or were you on a dependent visa of your husband ? If you are the main applicant, you can come back and work anytime but if you are on a dependent visa you cannot come and work without your husband as he is the main applicant.

Hello Sarika, thank you for your time and sharing the knowledge, really appreciate this service. Can you please help me know the validity of the skilled worker visa ? I see it is upto 5 years, does it mean a maximum of 5 years irrespective of the COS start and end date. My COS start and end date is just 1 year (till may 2022). Does it mean visa is valid for one year only or 5 years by default?

On the skilled worker visa website it is mentioned that "If you’re 28 or over, you’ll need a certificate from any country you’ve stayed in over the last 10 years." What kind of certificate is required for this purpose. If you can provide information on this it is really helpful

Thank you. I watched that video. I have one more doubt, In the question "Have you been to any other countries in the past 10 years?". Do I need to enter the current country in which I am residing? As it is my current location I don't have end date to fill in it

Btw do you know whether we have to provide evidence for all the addresses we are going to enter in the application if we lived in 2 different countries and different apartments in the same country for past 2 years? Or we only have to prove documents for the correspondence address? Please let me know if you need since we are really stressed out about this. Thank you!
3:17 Correct me if I am wrong, but if I were to apply for a dependent visa (meaning "I apply because my spouse settles in the UK"), then my visa type would not be labelled as "Skilled Worker".

No, they will not refund the visa fees if your visa is rejected. However if you want to withdraw your case and if they have not yet processed your application, they will refund the whole amount.

"North Highland UK" IS LISTED IN THE REGISTER OF SPONSORS NOT SPONSORING VISA BUT OFFERING JOB. THERE ARE MANY SUCH COMPANIES ON "LINKEDIN" OFFERING JOBS BUT WITHOUT VISA SPONSORSHIP. WHAT'S YOUR VIEW?

It means they have the rights to sponsor but since they can find those skillset locally they are not willing to sponsor visa e.g. scrum master roles is not techy role & hence there are lot of people locally in the UK who can do that job & hence companies prefer them rather than sponsoring people from overseas.
Now , with addition of post study visa for 2 years , will tht be counted in 5 years spent in uk for getting ILR?
And if not , can we apply for tier 2(skilled worker) visa while on post study visa to fastenn the process

Bcoz in US they need degree in regular not distance. How about UK? Whether they accept educational degrees from distance and crores.
