Thanks for the video. On the skilled worker visa website it is mentioned that "If you’re 28 or over, you’ll need a certificate from any country you’ve stayed in over the last 10 years." What kind of certificate is required for this purpose. If you can provide information on this it is really helpful

I need small clarification on the below:
What if the ILR applicant applies on combined visas like spending 3 years on Tier 1 Entrepreneur and switching to Skilled worker on 2 years ? T1E to SW visa continuity is accepted for ILR and since he switched it is confirmed that he neither invested nor created employment on Tier 1.The applicant anyways submit Job status and P60 on Skilled worker visa but due to Covid and lockdowns did not get an opportunity to invest and create jobs.
Since he is eligible to switch from T1E to Skilled worker, what should the applicant show in the Tier 1 period to the home office now ?

Hello thank you for your informative video! I'd like to ask; if your job is not on the Shortage Occupation List, is the company still able to sponsor a Skilled Worker VISA? I've been declined an interview because the role I applied for is not on the Shortage Occupation List..

For skilled visa...
As per gov.uk five options to prove english language
1. Naric certificate
2. Ielts
3. Pte
4. Psi - Skill for english
5. LanguageCert
I am also in process for applying skilled visa and getting delayed due to no english proof
below are the options explored
1. Naric - dont have option, medium of insturction letter blocking
2. Ielts - no option , no tests slots in India
3. Pte - same no test slots
4. PSI - portal fails when do payment
5. Language Cert - going to appear for exam
So finally i am considering LanguageCert as my english language option.
Can you please suggest if i am going in right direction or missing something ?
Will it be acceptable, i cant see any videos for language cert on youtube .. but found you very popular for uk visa..

My question is, ive been there in uk last 2008 to 2013 with a student visa and studied nvq but my school was closed by government. During those years i have taken an ielts exam and also have my uk naric comparability and im a nurse by profession. Now i wanted to apply again as a senior carer and already have my job offer. Do this qualification qualify me to get a visa approval from the home office or shall I take a new ielts exam. Currently im here in the Philippines

For the shortage occupation work visa can I submit the language test report which was taken under UKVI IELTS (ACADEMIC) and where was my band score 5.5 or is it acceptable by UK embassy as proof of language which was taken under UKVI IELTS (ACADEMIC) instead of UKVI IELTS (GENERAL)???

Hey thank you for sharing -it was worth watching. I am also planning for UK point-based skill visa and have one query, now I am applying for UK jobs, and all employers asked one question- do you require sponsorship??? What should I say about this question? Also, all are fortune 500 companies and listed in the approved sponsor list.

Hi, I have got a CoS from one of nhs foundation trusts under the code 6141. I prepared everything ready icluding money. But I want to know one thing. I have almost 4100 euro in my bank account which is almost 3450 GBP. Do I have to have a proof of my accomodation? or Can I just rent a room after I arrive in the UK? I couldn't find any information on gov.uk

i can see in your presentation that if a student who is in UK and has not extended his Tier 4 or Student visa and he want to switch to Tier 2 visa he will fall under new entrant! as i am on student visa since Feb 2021 , doing Maters degree, if i get the employer for Skilled worker visa should i be considered as new entrant? considering my age is 35 years? kindly respond!

In the UK government website, i see they need a proof of all countries where i stayed more than 6 months time in the past 10 years
Does that mean i need to PCC from each country where i stayed for more than 6 months
I stayed in Saudi arabia 2010-2014 , i am not sure if saudi arabia will issue PCC for people who left country for more than 5 years, in such case what can be done ?
Just the travel history is required and not PCC

Each Standard Occupation Code has a designated skill level that starts from RQF Level 3 (equivalent to A level-this does not mean the person should have achieved A level studies). Following interviews and assessments, your prospective sponsor should be able to assess whether you have the skills required for the job and if they meet the requirements of the immigration rules.
I am currently on Tier 2 ICT and company wants to change my visa to Skilled worker visa. Do they have to advertise the job for 28 days ?

Now the question is while applying for jobs in UK & filling up the JOB application form they ask you one question are you legally authorized to work in UK ??
As we all know we cannot apply for work permit until and unless we have a valid job offer from the Employer & sponsorship certificate from a licensed sponsor we can't apply for work permit .
So while filling up the job application form what to answer when they are asking you "are you legally authorized to work in UK" ??
If you don't have work permit or authorization, you have to say No while applying in their job site & Employers are straight away rejecting your applications ,
