I think an important part of stoic philosophy bypassed from these videos is the fact that people should not chase glory, fame, or any of the indifferents, as it will not permanently make you happy. Only following your inner path and nature, which is connected with the universe's will and nature, will give you true happiness and fulfillment in this life

Sorry to reply to an year old comment but the video never said to go for glory it simply said to make your life purposeful.
Purpose doesn't have to be something grandeur, living a modest life can be count as purpose.

I was recently down in the dumps; battered, defeated, humiliated, and cast aside by life. Among the most crippling of blows was dealing with my Covid infection. It's quite remarkable how my near-death experience forced me to be most sanguine about my precarious life...eventually. Unemployed, divorced, estranged from family, and dealing with multiple health issues. For some reason in a hospital bed recovering I decided to fill in that deafening, and awkward silence by distracting myself from life, yet again. I charged my phone and decided to watch some YT, and with casual malaise I clicked on this video.
Suffice to say, my birthday has now changed to that day my eyes were opened to the gift of true life. And I have vowed to not look back, for there's nothing there anyway. Everything is right here, so I hope this obscure OP can serve as a virtual nod to my former walking dead brothers and sisters. I salute you; and happy birthday! To the creator/s of this channel, you have unlocked the true meaning of life by giving this dilapidated soul a makeover. Thank you.

There has been an interesting experience I have had which I´d like to share. For a while now I have been looking for my purpose, trying to find out that thing which it is I came here to do. I was thinking about it a lot. I sat in silence and quieted my mind. I connected deeper to my heart. I asked myself what are the 5 top things I want to focus on and master. I wrote them down. I have minimalized my life, I mean EVERYTHING! From the files on my phone, to my physical environment, to my computer to the "files" in my mind. EVERYTHING! And the results are amazing. I wake up and now exactly what my goals are. No more trying to think about them and doing it later or trying to figure it out. I realized that it is about setting and achieving goals meaningful to me and my purpose will reveal itself through action, not through thinking. I am curious to hear your thoughts on this!

This is the most important message you will ever read because your eternity and salvation depends on your relationship with Lord Jesus Christ.
You will either ignore this message because it tells you the real absolute fixed Truth which goes agaisnt your way of living or
you will get convicted of your trespasses and seek Jesus Christ today which I hope you will.
Dear whoever reads this, I want you to know that I love you and care about you and the thought of you ending up in hell for eternity horrifies me
so please consider reading this message today and reconsidering your way of living.
If you die tonight, do you know where you're going? Did you know that Jesus Christ is THE only way to Heaven and He loves you?
Through Him, God offers you a FREE gift - forgiveness. All you need to do is repent, turn away from your sins and evil ways,
from now on put your faith completely in Jesus Christ and be obedient to Him.
      Biblical explanation of the Gospel:
God doesn’t want anybody in hell because He loves us, but you must understand why
we deserve hell and why those who refuse to live under His authority will go
there. (Matthew 12:30) ''Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not
gather with me scatters.'' He gave us the law (Ten Commandments) not to make us righteouss, but
rather to show us our sin (Romans 3:20). God gave us free will and since Adam
sinned in the garden, sin is the nature of our flesh and we ALL have sinned. (Romans 3:23)
The law demands death to those who sin (Romans 6:23).
For someone to be justified before holy God they have to be sinless, that's why everyone need Jesus Christ
for He lived a sinless life.
None of us are good in God’s eyes, because for God good means moral perfection. We all
have broken God’s commandments, we all have sinned in our lives so none of us
are good. ‘’For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is
guilty of breaking all of it.’’ (James 2:10).
Good News is that Jesus Christ lived a perfect, holy, sinless life, Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
He was buried and He was raised from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever
believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.’’ (John 3:16)
We aren’t saved based on our good deeds/works, but only by the grace of God through faith.
''For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God -
not by works, so that no one can boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
He said ‘’it is finished’’ (John 19:30) just before He died on the cross, which means He paid the fine for our sins
(past, present, future) to be forgiven if we repent and trust in Him.
''What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not!'' (Romans 6:15)
''Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out'' (Acts 3:19)
Repentance is a turning from sin and all evil works, and it always results in changed behavior (Luke 3:8).
Biblically, a person who repents does not continue willfully in sin.
While sorrow from sin is not equivalent to repentance, it is certainly an element of scriptural repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10).
Do not play a hypocrite. ''God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all.
If we claim to have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.'' (1 John 1:5-6)
If you have repent and have genuine faith in Jesus Christ then you will receive the gift of Holy Spirit and be born-again spiritually.
(John 3:3) Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again."
When you believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance
until the redemption of those who are God’s possession - to the praise of His glory. (Ephesians 1:13-14)
You are born again with the Spirit of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17).
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. (John 3:36)
''You will know them by their fruits'' (Matthew 7)
If you have been truly born-again with the Holy Spirit and He has regenerated your heart, you will have new desires -
to do what is good and righteous in God's eyes, to seek God everyday in His Word and prayer, to strengthen your relationship with God.
You will no longer desire to willfully continue living in sin but will want to obey God out of your love for Him because of His amazing grace
revealed to us through the death and resurrection of His Son.
''Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.'' (2 Corinthians 5:17)
''For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.'' (Eph 2:10)
You will have a testimony - of what your life had been before and how has it changed now when you have surrendered it to Lord Jesus Christ.
As a declaration and affirmation of your faith in Jesus Christ, get baptised in water because He commanded us to do so.
In John 3:5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.''
''Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit'' (Matthew 28:19)
''Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.'' (Acts 2:41)
''And this water symbolizes the baptism that now saves you also - not the removal of dirt from the body,
but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God - through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,'' (1 Peter 3:21)
''We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that,
just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.'' (Romans 6:4)
''Having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God,
who raised him from the dead.'' (Colossians 2:12)
Please get right with God and start your relationship with Jesus Christ today before it’s too late, because there’s not much time left!
"But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.’’ (Mark 13:32)
Get to know Christ through God's Word - Bible. At first I recommend reading Gospel of John and book of Romans. God bless you!
Jeremiah 29:13 - ''You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.''

Receiving this guidance from a wise person who lived 2,000 years ago reminded me that no matter what adversities each person/generation is facing and how alone we feel,...we really are in this together. We may not have the power to change what's going on around us, but we do have the power over how we live our lives and how we can positively help others...even those who may come along 2,000 years from now.

I entered boxing and combat sports late and my goal was to be on the Navy Boxing team, but my injuries kept piling up and I was never able to compete. Sprained wrist, shoulder, and ankle. Partial hamstring tear, torn right shoulder labrum, and a torn left bicep. While I never got too down or depressed, I still visualized myself in the ring with my hands after a win. My training and injuries were 10 years ago, and now I have the pleasure of being a part of an amazing coaching staff that has two boxers in the national silver gloves tournament for 2022.

I struggle with finding something in life that I love or I am passionate about. There are things I like doing, but not so much that I would want to do them every day. The happiest time in my life was school, I never had to focus on the same subject for more than 90 minutes.

Start off with absolutely whatever is your passion in that moment. For example, if you fancy a cup of coffee, that is your passion at the moment. It's a really great exercise, to get you to ask yourself what would you want to do right now, in the present moment. Be truthful with yourself. So if it's a cup of coffee that you're passionate about right then, go and do that. That will then lead you on to going onto the next thing and the next. The universe is always guiding us, we just have to listen and go with the flow. Eg, again, going with the coffee analogy, you might decide to go make that cup of coffee, because that, in the present moment is what you are passionate about, and you get up, go to make that coffee, look out of the window whilst the water is boiling and an idea comes into your head or something you see inspires you in some way, or makes you think of something etc etc. Hope you get the idea. Whatever it is, irrespective of how small that 'passion' is, go follow it. It trains you to follow your inner guidance and you will get better and better at it.

Life is too big of a burden and responsibility. It's not just about enjoying it, it's always about doing the work required to "enjoy" it. Also, everything revolves around money, so all this "do what you love" non-sense is actually "do what you love, but only if you make enough money to survive". Everything seems so wonderful in theory.

I love this great knowledge and your videos to bring it out and share it , though keep an eye on your. “ examples “ , I’m a farmer listening to your video, and my neighbor is in jail for 10 years listening as well ....... so be aware and remember most are barely able to go to community colleges.... as it were. .......Thank you 🙏

I think purpose is more of a crutch than a feature. Like if you enjoy life you aren’t gonna need a reason to validate your existence. I imagine the concept of a purpose makes more sense when people needed to justify why they should continue to live.

Very similar to basic Islamic principles (yeah not the negativity you see on media) - Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) was such a humble and good person, and billions see him as a role model. Spread love, good norms and values!

The Lord Jesus has called me to be closer to him and God has shown his undeniable hand in my life, though sometimes I get more depressed than ever now I spend more time grateful for what God has given me and I would never throw away his gift of life. Come to the Lord my friend 🙏

    Ever since I can remember
I have had a sense of purpose
    No surprise there
    But lately I've been sensing
    A purpose within a purpose
The purpose to have a purpose
    Could it be
    No purpose
    No meaning
    No me
    Now that's a surprise
Do I really need a purpose to be

Helping others always brings joy to me, but really most of the time i feel like i'm useless😂 like for example i have experienced something, and someone need my assistance because i supposed to already know that. But i'm a bad explainer so yeah, i don't really know what's my purpose in life lol
