This guy is what I envisioned a modern-day version of Master Chief would be. No nonsense, no yelling, no need to show their face on camera. Just pure athleticism, power, and most importantly discipline at its peak.
Dude the sled chest flys, and the keg knock pull/curls are freaking genius. I’m quitting my gym membership and building this in my backyard- this is fantastic and inspiring.
Is no one going to talk about the legendary commentary? It’s like a sportscaster giving the tale of the take for his buddy Tom. “Look at that footwork” 😂 11/10 - Astonishing gem 💎
Incredible grit and resourcefulness. High praise for the creativity and wellroundedness. Although I can see that injuries have manifested along chain of the right foot/knee/hip/lowback. Those heavy loads scare the shit out of me.
Great work Josh. Two weeks ago I started incorporating tactical work into my training plan. Great stuff fr. I'm sure this tactical aspct of training is gonna get bigger and bigger in the next years.
That tree that fell down in the background...... that's the tree he was doin his grip strength training from!😆🤘. Seriously..... outstanding work, Tom!👏
Having grown up on a ranch, it still catches me odd to see people being so physical and not getting any work done. We could have used this guy when we’d get our 26 ton hay delivery and had to stack it in the barn.
Because for their income they do not focus on normal work, but on sports and competitions like a boxer, but with weights. You can't work all day and exercise all day because you're overusing yourself to a point so that your body would collapse, so you have to choose, take a full-time job or put everything you have into your athletic career. Sure it's risky, because if they fail , they have nothing, but that's the way it is.
Excellent. Some to maybe add: One side farmers walk, crawling on feet and hands, power shrugs. If you carry something one hand dominant you have to switch sides also. Sled pull and push, can also do standing rows with the sled. Cool equipment
6'7 349lbs of twisted steel and panther piss. Does Tom have the best home gym in the world? I wonder if he makes all that stuff himself? And where does he get his boots? So many questions.
@@solareiusdeiu sorry but if you think hes 220 lbs youre delusional he puts up shw numbers. If he was even 300 lbs hed be the world record holder forever
Finally, a guy that will make a blue collar worker , actually belive that attaining the raw Strength and Warrior type Physique , is possible . Well done guys.
This level isn’t achievable without PED usage. The guy is a beast either way and I’m not taking away from his hard work… But the average guy, you, needs to understand this isn’t possible without hard work, dedication and steroids.
@@Des420 even with gear this is not achievable for most. He has a specific frame capable of supporting this, as well as superior muscle building genetics. Did Josh say 9600 cal? 4-5000 is hard to get in if doing it clean, I couldn't imagine. It would be hell trying to maintain that body.
Some of the hardest workouts you'll ever do combine shooting and weight lifting, cardio, etc. Really difficult to find a place to do that when you don't have access to venues the armed forces do. Trying to keep the same shot pattern after repeated intervals of running, pull ups, push ups, squats is incredibly challenging, yet makes or breaks a survival situation in the long run.
Dude is a fucking monster I like it. Usually shorter dudes have more work ethic to compensate for height but he’s the first hard working giant and that’s a win win 🏆
