I'm surprised this channel isn't bigger, this is absolutely an animal of a workout/training routine. Just watching another human being going thru this kind of training is motivating. That and the caloric intake is pretty impressive.

This is the most savage workout & functional strength I have ever seen .. I would give anything to see this dude do 3x15 on the Hindu push-ups at his weight ..

What the hell do you eat to get 10,000 plus cals a day and stay that consistent? I can’t imagine the food bill too. I’m 6’5 at 235lbs and trying to gain more mass while still staying flexible and mobile( I know I gotta eat more lol) this is very inspiring!
He'd be neither dominating or an icon in either of those "scenes" - this is completely different - more raw and brutal hardcore training, similar to Tony from RealWorld Tactical. Tom would get absolutely smoked at the top level on a bodybuilding stage. He would probably tear any of them to pieces in a confrontation though.

He is more of a strength athlete / powerlifter Bodybuilders lifts are way more weak compared to him, even top Mr Olympia Bodybuilders.. Lifting purely for aesthetics is for feminine men that want to watch and pose infront of a mirror all day, real men lift for strength
I don’t mean to sound like a hater, Tom motivates the hell out of me, but strongman with rusty farm equipment isn’t “tactical strength and conditioning”, it’s just strongman. There’s no one definition of tactical training - Jeff Nichols, Rudy Reyes, Justin Lascek all trained very differently. Strongman can fit in the wheelhouse of tactical training but you need to be able to sprint, change direction, and have the capacity to do those things at high quality for repeated or extended efforts.
Just imagine Tom doing the Ranger Obstacle Course, I don’t think he’d fair well. Not throwing shade at Tom, I just think the definitions need to be fixed
