Totally justified take and rant on it. This year's gonna be an action replay of the last year S90F gonna beat the S95D and have the pop,S95F may have slightly better contrast but it's gonna lose the 3d effect just like it's predecessor. The last time I saw those two TVs side-by-side, they looked identical. Not sure if recent firmware updates have changed that at all. The only thing you're really getting with the S90D is maybe slightly better processing. I wouldn't pay more than $200 for that. Get the S90C if it's significantly cheaper. You won't be missing anything
@@Quantum_TVvisually weaker in what way? I have the S90C and there have been no nerfs or changes to picture quality in any updates Samsung released thus far. Only a motion cadence issue that some can notice but I believe even that's been fixed in the most recent update.
Honestly I think it's kind of hopeless because color depth has disappeared entirely from the conversation, telling me they aren't remotely working in it.
There is definitely a lot of trouble to what you said in this video, especially about UA-camrs and people that go to these press conferences. I was watching one about the new HDMI 2.2 not one person asked the most basic question of what will this do better well watching movies from a 4K Blu-ray player? Not one person anything as simple will it enhance Dolby Vision?
Remember that is two major thing Samsung have over LG is brightness and colours. Now LG have the same 4000nits like Samsung. Lets see which tv will look better with picture quality and better black level. My money bet on LG. Oh but why Samsung using LG 4 stack panel? Well I heard that Sony is gonna use LG 4stack panel as well. I wonder why 😳
The **Sony Bravia 3** features **Dynamic Tone Mapping (DTM)** for HDR content, which optimizes brightness and contrast levels to deliver more detailed and vibrant images. In terms of brightness, the Sony Bravia 3 has a peak brightness of around **600 nits** for HDR content. This should be sufficient for most viewing environments, but it might not be enough for very bright rooms. Does this help answer your question, or is there something more specific you'd like to know about the TV?
I get it but with me personally I can’t downplay the 116 inch Hisense because it’s expensive. Now the technology is intriguing. But anyways, let’s just see what these TVs look like with real content in the household before we pass judgment then we can cook them if it’s not up to par.
Well I can. True rgb already exists with 99% dci vs the 98 they have. And 90% bt.2020, where hisense has tech only for the rich sony and Samsung already has rgb tech affordable for us now. It's hardly a win just because it's led.
Greetings from Poland, aprreciate your feedback on TVs, what about processing and upscalling I watch a lot of content 720p 1080 low bitrate streaming sports and I got Lg C2 55 but want to updagrade to 65?
Hi Q, I’m deciding whether to purchase the Sony Bravia 9 85” TV now or wait for the new TCL TVs expected this spring. Based on your nowledge of the market and technology do you think the TCL X11 85” Enthusiast/Flagship TVs will offer picture quality for streaming movies and shows comparable to or close to the Sony Bravia 9? Also, do you have an educated guess on the pricing for the TCL X11 85” Enthusiast/Flagship models? I am willing to pay around $4k i I really like it. Thank you for your insights and all the helpful content you create! Sincerely; Steven
Thank you very much for your quick reply. I am in the market for a new TV. I’m really curious about the TCL x11 series. I wonder if an 85” or so would be well over $4k?
@Quantum_TV not to mention it's a first gen. Take the discount on the proven older model rather than pay more to be the guinea pig on the new one. Or wait till next year when the bugs are worked out.

Haven’t LG dropped MLA to try and find a cheaper solution to reduce the price of the OLED’s
yes, and according to one journalist it doesnt shift colours off axis like the non-MLA panels even tho its not MLA itself, which is interesting
maybe cheaper solution but are we as consumer see that in our prices? nope! so whats the point?
Nah youre not gettin anything cheaper
Probably, that why G4 is the best TV tp get pver anything. And i have it 😍😍
You're completely right. I'm really curious what Sony will show.
I hear it's QD-OLED made a return. But it's only a rumor from a product manager for now
Most people defend their choice

Does s95d really look not as good as s90d? It’s hard to choose between high brightness and glossy

No. Samsung updated to make the prior gen visually weaker. Always aim for new if it's Samsung unless you buy it before the 1st patch

Once All TV manufacture stops advertising 100+inch TV & 5000-10000nits then we will get 12Bit TVs
