YESSS~!!! A CPD Vessel episode, I was waiting for that! BTW The 3 busses around 4:40 really reminded me of the scene from the Dark Knight movie where Joker robs a bank and flees in a Schoo, bus by merging into a bus convoy :p
The SFPD is pretty short-staffed and underequipped so it's very kind of Chicago to bolster their fleet with spare Vessels. Especially since they were just lying around collecting dust in Chicago, wink wink XD
