If carpet tiles absorb the moisture, won't mould become the issue? FYI, I use shade cloth which I refer to as the poor man's aeromat. Works well for me.
Hi, is condensation an issue in relatively warm weather or just a cold weather issue? I expect a low of 55 degrees when I camp and am wondering if I should expect condensation.
I used 6mil plastic moisture barrier and then on top of that a thin outdoor carpet from Home Depot. I’ll let you know how it went... also I have a clam shell RTT if anyone cares

You will experience condensation in colder weather!

any updates?
So the moisture has reduced by 80% roughly.
I get condensation in my tent if it’s been closed a while. Is this normal?
Won’t the tiles just get wet and stay wet longer than bare aluminum? Then you get mould…?
Anyone use carpet tiles? With success?
How would you lay them down
