Your video to the peak of Mt. Apo is so amazing. I watched it from start to end. I grew up in Mindanao but never got a chance to climb Mt. Apo when I was young. I’m 70 years old now and living in California. I could not experience in person the beauty and splendor of Mt. Apo. I watched it in full with a teary eyes. You’re so lucky having done it while young and enjoyed it. Be safe and good luck young man in your next endeavor.
From 7:45 -11:11, I got a bit emotional as you were describing what a wonderful feeling being in such a remote yet mysterious and mystical place. I grew up admiring Mt Apo growing up in Davao. I always wondered as a child how would it feel to be at its peak. My family traveled to some towns near it but never quite of the volcano's vicinity. I now live in the US - 25 years to be exact and this is the FIRST TIME I see someone take a video of this magnificent wonder and I just want to say "THANK YOU!"🙏
The way you describe your feelings about the forest on the way up to the summit is exactly how I felt the first time I witnessed the limestone cliffs all around El Nido (tour A&C). Looking forward to seeing your experiences there.

Thank you, although I’m only watching your experiences, I can still imagine how it feels and it always brings me back. I also love your back on the road song in Cebu as your happy place, because I’ve always told people that I’m at my happiest when I’m on the road. I love watching your vlogs. More power to you 🤗
As a person with disability, amputee here, watching vloggers, like Paddy Doyle, do this kind of stuff really makes me happy, even though I will never have the opportunity to physically experience this, seeing this experience through their lens, feels like I have a taste or glimpse on what it is like to experience this first hand. Thank you for this Doyle
I love it, this video! A thought came through my mind watching, perhaps answering a question I had. I have seen many vlogs/blogs from foreigners touring the Philippines, and of course they show the same places. I just realized while watching this video that although I see the same places shown in the videos, it never gets tiring. In fact it makes me miss my home country more and more. Each video I have seen are unique/different in the way they are presented by foreign vloggers/bloggers. You are doing an awesome job with putting together your content, story telling and music. Can’t wait to see your next video. Thank you and hello from L.A. California.
I would love to climb Mt. Apo one last time. My last climb was on 2006 on the same trail you have trekked. Thank you for bringing back a piece of memory. Congrats!

Hi Paddy! Just subscribed t o you. Thanks for visiting Mt. Apo! As a Filipino and a hiker who hiked Mt. Apo before, it truly warms my heart that you aappreciated our country's wonder. Hope you enjoy the stay, there's a lot of mountains to conquer in the Philippines! Let's go!
Hiya Paddy, great intro. Beautiful drone footage. Stomach issues sound bad but on a positive note. At least you had a clearout before your journey. :D The views starting are insane. Beautiful footage. Lovely video. At one with nature. Magical. Definitely not like home. All the trees and plants. The forest noises. Thank you for sharing. I love watching your adventures. You're a top bloke. I love your channel. Water and banana, good call. The orange flowers are gorgeous, my fav colour. That sunrise was epic. Gorgeous. Perfect music. Always love your drone footage. I felt anxious for you when you said you could not see anyone in front or behind you. You got this on lock with all the singing. You do make me smile. Showing your support by wearing your shirt. Beautiful video. A journey you will never forget. An adventure. Looking forward to the next one. Love the place you are going. Thank you for sharing. Love watching your travels. Have a wonderful week.
I like the feeling you had into the forested parts of Mt Apo. Yes, nature is best while trekking mountains, it brings a lot of memories with my father bringing me to mountainous terrains while looking for the best trails going into our land in the north, and yes you did it for us locals who may never have the chance to climb the highest peak on the country...🤙💪👍
Finally!! I've been waiting for days for your Mt. Apo upload. I know it's not easy but THANK YOU so much! I'm a Filipino but I don't think I'll ever get to experience climbing Mt. Apo but because of your vlog I felt like I was there. ❤️ It must really been a wonderful feeling up there and even the hike. The mossy forest is just magical. I really really love your vlogs. Paddy Doyle I am a Filipino living in England and your journey was inspiring. I climbed Snowdonia taking the good old British train to the summit and when we reach the summit, it was foggy courtesy of British weather hehehe... Now I know the feeling of contentment when you reached the summit because my younger friends who used to climb mountains in the Philippines during their early 30's shared the same feeling that you had during their climb and reaching the summit. I am privileged to see you climb to the top, the hard work, perseverance and everything you experienced in between, I was there with you till you signed off. Thanks for sharing your experiences. Hats off and More power to you so you'll be able to share more. Thank you Paddy Doyle.

I’ve trekked in the Patagonia, Machu Pichu , the Yosemite etc when I was much younger, in my head I can still do all this but in reality my knees are telling me I’m almost 60 and definitely too challenging now.
Great job Paddy! Major accomplishment!
Congrats!

Great one again Paddy, and massive respect for you conquering that mountain! And even more respect for the guys doing all the heavy lifting.
Your story telling is getting better and better. I feels like a proper tv travel show, and that for a one man show doing al the filming and editing yourself. Proper quality! Magic!

Thank you for your efforts climbing Mount Apo. ❤ count me in to one of your subscribers from this vlog. May God guide you always to the right path always. ❤
Agreed, I prefer the mountains over the beaches. I've been living in Manila for about a year and craving to view English UA-camrs hiking the mountains in this country. This is exactly the type of content I've been looking for. I hope you hike more mountains here, you've gained me as a subscriber.

Hiya Paddy, great intro.
Beautiful drone footage.
Stomach issues sound bad but on a positive note. At least you had a clearout before your journey. :D
The views starting are insane.

Congratulations Paddy. Wow! It's a great achievement. God bless you.❤
I like the feeling you had into the forested parts of Mt Apo.
God bless you Paddy! ❤️🙌 Mabuhay ka! ❤️

Thanks for having this vblogger it help a lot for our tourism. Keep safe always. God bless❤❤❤❤
