I bet that the Chinese knock-offs sold there are actually of good quality, unlike some of the stuff that makes it to the states .. also I think it’s awesome you’re buying stuff from mom n pop stores and not big box stores
Buddy, I'm just glad that you changed your view about the Axial Ryft. It is a good looking rig and full of potential. While you are in HK, pick up a sway bar for the rear axle too, you are going to need it if you planned to run the rig in 4s of 6s. Have fun with the Ryft. I have done some reviews previously, and there are also some tricks which you might find it useful. 😊👍🏼
You had me for a second I really did think you found a cheap knockoff nitro lol. I love nitro rc. You really should get one and try it. They are a pain to tune sometimes but if you take your time and have patience the reward off a smooth running nitro is worth it. Hard to explain why it’s so much fun when they run right but it is. You just have to try it out for yourself. The Traxxas nitro rustler is a good one for a first timer. Or even some of them cheap Banggood ones are good for a first nitro. I bet you once you get one you will be hooked

They are an absolute blast. I have a savage XL 5.9 and am currently building a twin engine nitro savage. Everyone in the RC hobby should at least try a nitro once. They so much fun
