Sweet Potato Pancake | Easy | Best | Fluffy

My version of fluffy & Moist Sweet Potato pancake. Have you ever tried?.. If not do find your time to make this. I bet you that you will not regret. It’s super simple same as usual pancakes, additional ingredient is some mashed Sweet Potatoes. One of our family favorite & super easy breakfast ideas in my day offs are pancakes. So I do create various different tastes to enjoy the yumminess. These I love to see the beauty of the color first. Create differently. First eat with your eyes then satisfy the tummy ☺ Don’t forget to add real butter & NOT margarine please. Also make an extra batch to freeze to make your life easy. Enjoy the Sweet Potato pancakes...

Ingredients:
Mashed Sweet Potato - 1 & ½ cup
2 Eggs
Melted Butter - ¼ cup
Vanilla - 1 Tsp
Fresh Milk - ¾ cup
All-Purpose flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 2 Tsp
Sugar - 1 Tbsp
Water - ½ cup or as needed for the right consistency

Yes, sweet potato bread, sweet potatoes are good, and sweet potatoes bread. I can substitute sweet potatoes bread for regular bread thanks.

Trying cooking sweet potato in microwave
Then take protein pancakes and mix sweet potatoes into batter
And bam!!!!
You can even add bananas in the batter and cinnamon 😊
