I have Fasst Flexx bars so they get swapped from bike to bike a lot. Check the gears are indexed. Full bolt check including the cassette lockring and crank pinch bolts. Pivot bolts, axles etc. Maybe fit a bottle cage or Fidlock base. If it's a brand new bike I'll set it up tubeless straight away. I'll set the sag and then the shock and fork pressure up to whatever Fox recommend for my riding weight and generally alter it a click or two from there depending on where I'm riding. Good advice to keep a note though because if you've got Performance Elite or Factory forks it's easy to get lost in a sea of clicks 😂
I just bought a 2017 giant glory, I'll have a ton of maintenance to do but tbh I love setup and maintenance almost as much as riding. It's still in the x5, wife hasn't seen it yet 😅
I’m out riding it today @everstoke filming the follow up video. Going to see how the bike handles with the stock setup and what I might need to change.

Thanks for adding those additional tips 👍 I have already started messing with my Fox fork lol
Add sealant and lube the chain
Definitely 👍
I watched the next video, you didn't add sealant!
But I understand why tho
I like to clean the chain and wax it before use.
👍
