    I used different brand glue, had nothing else so I had to do my best with what I had and boy, I never had to fight so much with glue in my life, I bought the usual glue I like to use afterward: Seachem Glue: amzn.to/2ZbXsV2

    I like the idea of filling a tank like yours with lots of small mussels to help filter the water, I found a small mussel on a rock my Cynarina coral came on and it intrigued me as to what kinds of mussels you could get for a reef.

      I wish I could ID the mussels, I don't have any ressource for mussels reef. (for exact species)

    Add some small groups of rainbow clove polyps, Tazer clove polyps. Maybe some nice pipe organ coral. Or some multicolored anthelia / cloves.

    Tank looks great. Enjoy it. I am sure you got something else in the works of your breaking down your lab tank.

    Love your vids! From the “knowledgeable” to “appearance” aspects. It helped me with ideas for my nano reef tank, moreover it inspired me so much that I had to make another one similar size to yours ( but in different way, I can share photos after it’s done). To sum up - thanks for your work and I’m looking forward for next videos. It’s an addiction I think 😅. Best regards.

    I'm with you on sinularia. Beautiful coral with not enough love. I've been looking for a blue ridge coral. Not too easy to source.

    • @AquaSplendor
      @AquaSplendor  3 роки тому +1

      Yeah I don't see Blue ridge very often but when it comes, there's a lot! It grow fast for a "non-sps coral"

    Kenya tree and waving hand anthelia are basically weeds. Nice, but can quickly spread out of control.

    What do you dose?
    I am trying something similar, just curious whether a water change every 2 weeks be enough or do I need to dose.

    • @AquaSplendor
      @AquaSplendor  3 роки тому +1

      Depends on what animals you have, if you have sps, dosing is recommended (among water change)

    • @aadiltanvir7107
      @aadiltanvir7107 3 роки тому

      @@AquaSplendor what if it's softies, shrooms and LPS (hammer, torch and blasto) what would you recommend then/.

    • @AquaSplendor
      @AquaSplendor  3 роки тому

      @@aadiltanvir7107 Your hammer and Torch might want a stable Alkalinity, you could buy a dosing pump just to keep alkalinity stable in between water change.

      I don't know yet, but it has been all noted, just not calculated yet. I've done something that I believe no one really did before (I note everything ;) ), one day I will make a video about the price.

      I just use the return pump, honestly I'm not happy with my sicce pump, it create too much vibration. I wish I had something else.

    Bro, add a orange lip conch snail. It eats hairalgaes very fast than hermits and trochus snail.

    • @AquaSplendor
      @AquaSplendor  3 роки тому +1

      No, WAY too big. I just have 2 spot of algae, I can manage manually, it's ok, just didn't put the right time for it.
