You need to increase your productivity if you are sitting in the office for only 8 hours. Most of us work 9-14 hours.
One can't help but admire how beautiful a human body can be. Compared with the majority yoga classes out there, this really stands out in its movement flow and elegance. I kept wondering as I was watching whether the instructor has a ballet or gymnastics background because his hands and feet are the complete presentation of each of his movement. Many people doing yoga pay little attention to their hands and feet as if they were withered end of a limb. I have been doing some of the poses for years and I am impressed to say that this is way better instructed. This 15 minutes is more. 👍❤️
Sometimes 15 minutes is all you have to dedicate to mobility / flexibility training, so would absolutely love this as series, your content doesn't compare to anyone else's! Much love
To be honest, 15 minutes will not change anything if you sit for the rest of the day.
@@youngbuck5926 I know, sitting for so long makes me feel super uncomfortable (I'm a student), any ideas on how to help? I try and get up to walk every so often and go for daily walks, and workout 1 hour+ 6 days a week otherwise

I absolutely love all your mobility routines 💙 The sequences and choices of the exercises are great and dynamic stretching is my favorite. All I’m missing a bit is the relaxing part of it. Thank you Gabo, great routine. It would be great to have some more like these for those of us who train MMA and wake up sore and immobilized after evening sessions. So that it would still be full body but with a little more focus on unlocking the shoulders, neck and upper back muscles (trapezoids, etc, in between shoulder plates). Thanks again, your work is really appreciated by all of us!
This was hard but I did it followed exactly his steps as a complete beginner I could do everything felt like a newborn after thank you man ! :)
