You built exactly what I've been searching for on UA-cam! This is an awesome Bike. I think your design on the front suspension is great man!

@@groundhoggarage2271 well thought out using random low cost parts. It all seems to have come together and it's sturdy. Are the wheels and sprocket/disc brake system easy enough to bolt to the wheels? Or was it something you had to design and build? The rear dropout with the pillow bearing seems to be a good way to attach the rear axle, is it sturdy under rough conditions?

I've been kicking around the idea of building a fat tired 1974 Honda TL 125 trials bike like this. So nice to see a simple HF go kart engine will do it too! And with the internal cooling fan, it won't overheat like the TL will eventually. I've got a 11 hp Honda Go Kart motor I could use for my build.
    Very impressive build!
Now you've got me trying to figure out how to add a divorced transfer case in the drivetrain to make a 2 wheel drive mountain goat bike like this.

Wow! Awesome build Sir! Those motors when you work on them are fantastic. I've got a SUZUKI RV 90 chassis thats street legal, but no motor. I want to drop a Predator 224 with a CVT into it, and be able to cross town on it.

You'd have no trouble selling these bikes....make them in kit form where the customer supplies the motor and does final assembly to avoid all the registration type hassles. This would be 100 times better than the crap bikes sold by Coleman and other Chinese junk.

The closer I look at your creation, the thought I see went into its design. The only criticism I would have is the arm that the foot pegs are mounted to, should be able to swivel up. If crossing a log or rock or even a high dirt mound, the current design, could leave you high centered. Not a huge issue with this bike, but it does limit its capabilities, somewhat. I would love to see details on what parts you sourced for bearing, tires, wheels, brake, etc. kits would be a good idea, but selling plans would also be a revenue source, one I would surely buy.

Cool ass build. My only criticism is on the video editing.. Go easy with the music. Music will totally destroy content of a video. The fast forward building content.. yes use music but very quiet music that you can barely hear. Whenever you start the motor.. there should be no music. Your viewers are here because they like motors, motorcycles, building motorcycles etc.. so we like to hear the motor. Even if its just for a couple seconds.. its better than not hearing it at all. Oh one last suggestion.. add mounts for two Gatling guns. :D

Thank you for the input, today at 7pm I will be releasing the beginning of another bike build series. I dialed way back on the music. This whole editing thing is still new to me. Hope you enjoy the upcoming videos, I will try and incorporate some gun mounts eventually!!!😁
