This build was a bit different than my previous Groundhog bikes, its frame is made out of 1.25" round tubing and is raked out a little more. For the first time I tried out the Predator 212 Ghost engine and it screams!!! This is on track to be under $1,600 in materials. Be sure to hit the like button and SUBSCRIBE!!!! Well done..what brand or type of drill bits did you use,,i have all kinds of so called high speed metal bits but few ot them will easily vut through angle iron,,usually end up using plasma which can be a hassle on some trailer projects,,i just stripped a old heavt duty 18 ft boat trailer and now want to basially build a box frame like you did and then add flooring,,i have some leftover treated 1/8s that have cured after sitting in shop..trailer will be used for transporting motorcycles i buy to repair and sell..i see some guys using plywood as floor vs metal grating or 2/6s etc,,,whats the neg about using plywood instead of linear lumber likr 2/8s ..id like to keep weight down,,trailer itself is pretty heavy,,it was made in 1989

Would it be more powerful to use an cordless circular saw? I would think there would be a lot more torque.

Excellent! Was just looking at this freewheel sprocket, it's a bit noisy but you can't beat the price for the function. The reverse option on cordless drills is lost but you don't go in reverse on a bike or scooter.

Доброго,молодец,есть слабые места в конструкции рамы,первым выламает нижний кронштейн заднего амортизатора. Ему нужен раскос,очень велики нагрузки,а выста кронштейна большая,следовательно также велик рычаг.

I've watched both of your build series a couple times now. I'm trying to come up with a plan to build my own version with some of the materials I have already. The biggest difference will be a motor with electric start and lights. You've got some great design ideas on your machines!
