I listened to your newest podcast today in the gym and I kind of have to agree with Mark in one aspect here... I'm 39 and got serious about lifting about a year and a half ago. Previously, I would yo-yo start/stop for periods of time. I really wish I had started when I was younger and got to have some of the lift experiences that came along with being fit earlier in life. I spent my entire 20's hiding in an oversized T-shirt on the beach and missed out on a lot of fun. I really appreciate you emphasizing in the pod, and here too, that it's never too late. Who cares if it took 39 years? I'm here now, and I can carry the healthy lifestyle with me moving forward. As always, thank you for all the incredible content, Jordan! (#sortinghatsquad 😀)
Thank you for sharing the "big secret" to a healthy lifestyle. Life is not a prison. If we want something in life (anything!), we have to work hard for it. This doesn't mean that we're not allowed to enjoy the journey. Thank you! Please keep doing what you're doing. You have no idea the impact you've had on my life. ❤
When I was younger, I didn’t consider myself an expert (still don’t). However I was definitely guilty of “that’s great advice, makes sense, but I don’t wanna”. Thankfully I’ve convinced myself nowadays that I do want to eat right for me and move regularly.
Wow! I could never eat that much in a day. Couldn't possibly maintain my weight. I love decaffeinated coffee I drink. I eat an apple and banana daily. I usually avoid fast foods too.
Me either - ladies lol - but I’m listening to what he’s saying he eats and the pictures flashing at us show huge portions so I think our brains being hijacked by those pictures.
If you started training at 13 yrs old and stuck with it all your life you too would have a great physique. Its really about not quitting. The majority of people who watch these videos never stick to anything except their bad habits. That's the truth.
My favorite part of your analysis is how you point out what he does well.

Yeah that s true
Always so informational, thanks Jordan for keeping it real
Appreciate your honest reaction to this!
Loving your videos and the way you keep things simple
Great information. Thank you.
Really like this format. I’d be interested to know if there are any nutrients in whole grains that he’s missing out on.

Trying to get the first comment in - Love you J, hope you're doing well!
I put cacao and collagen peptides in my coffee and take teacrine with it.
Cool video, now I have to back track to Jake's review! 😅
I wonder when that Men's health video came out as I thought Mark was on a plant based diet?

Are you said goodbye youtube or i understood wrong?
Maybe, Men's Health wants the portions to seem more generous.
The way to our hearts is through our stomachs.
is he natty?

Because not sticking to habits IS the predominant repeating behaviour ergo it’s the habit 👌🙂
Steroid
There is so much animal fat in his breakfast it’s enough to give him a heart attack this is so far from well balanced.
