Still with you on the challenge. Have felt terrible all week with headache, aching body and runny nose and the tiredness is on another level.
Cleaning the house today and found a Covid test which I took, it was positive and the two lines came up so quickly I couldn’t believe it.At least I now know.

Sorry to hear you’ve not been well Sammy. That’s sounds exactly how I’ve felt. Now the cough has come and my sense of smell and taste have completely gone. I went to the chemist today to see if they had any but the weren’t open today. Get better soon ❤️❤️

Feel so rough for the last week as well even lost my voice after sore throat etc. My 3-year-old was ill for last 2 weeks. Not much fun for easter holidays is it. Hope u feel better soon. Well done on plan xx

I’m definitely going to try my baked oats in the airfryer! I had no idea that yogurt was so low in syn either I’ve been avoiding it thinking it would be really high! 😮 xx
