The way you explain it and keep it real with your love of food has has been the biggest help. Me too!! Especially when they're super ripe and juicy, the besstttt!! Yeah I don't think id get outside as easily without Amigo to be honest - they are such a lovely breed of dog. I don't do it often to be honest, maybe not even once a week - but if sometimes I will do one without even realising but similar to you I couldn't do it everyday! It's not advised to do it everyday thank goodness xxx
I’m confused with the yoghurt on a SP day. In one of your videos can’t remember which one, you thought Greek yoghurt wasn’t classed as SP but when you search in the app it shows a P next to it - can you please confirm? Assume you can’t have normal yogurts which have syns!!! X
The pittas are so good 😊. It’s good you can have a B choice as I think I’d give up if I couldn’t have any carbs lol 😂. I love ❤the weight watchers wraps too. They’re great for making healthier pizzas. My 9 year old daughter loves them as if it was up to her she’d have pizza all the time lol 😂xxx
