Best thing for health… no processed foods whatsoever and no added sugar. You can pretty much forget counting calories if you do this

Everything slimming world is calorie friendly. Yeah right, it's in a baked beans has no sins but it has nearly 500 cal. Have that with a couple of nice jacket potatoes and you've nearly 1000 cal. Guess what no syns. Do me a favour

Lovely food there ,I mist try adding sirrachia I have it with everything lol must try adding to the prawn cocktail sauce , I have added it to spag bol not in the whole thing as I have a little but to my portion and my oldest son has started to do it to and he enjoys it xx💕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿👍🏼
