Love your videos, just remember you are doing well, it's hard because it is hard! Cheat days lean towards a binge fast mentality so would try and avoid for long term success for sure x
Love your blogs I find it harder to maintain that it was to loose the weight you do look tired you might need more protein you take care of yourself xx

Hiya lovely, I lost 2lb this week and got slimmer of the week. I get weighed on a Tuesday and generally on a Wednesday I’m more flexible and I allow myself to have something treat wise. I still use my healthy extras as they should be and make my meals as good as can be but I allow myself a meal or a snack that’s not on plan. It just keeps me going and allows me to let go a bit without being too close to next weigh in. Everyone is different ❤

Hi Danielle, I have the Sainsbury's white sauce mix, it's 4.5 syns plus HEX A. I keep saying I will do a rice pudding but I never seem to get around to it. Don't be too hard on yourself, keep on doing your best. Hope you have a great week. Kind regards Angeline ❤️ xx
Good to adapt . I use Tesco lasagne white sauce in the jar and their smooth jar sauce, my portion is 4.5 but worth the syns ❤
Hi 👋, I have been on and off s/world for years, this works for me but not everyone, what I do sometimes is if I have had 2 HEA and I want a rice pudding which is a HEA I class it as 6 syns or only have 1 HEA the following day ❤😊
I don't have cheat days , I never lose if I do . Think it's better to knuckle down to get it off quicker as it will drag and seem to take forever.
I feel the same, I have fibromyalgia but think this is something different 😢 x
The beetroot slaw sounds interesting. Where did you get it from?
What strength training are you doing? I don’t do that much cardio anymore. I do like to walk which is a good low impact cardio lol 😂. The warburton bagels are delicious. I do have cheat days. Or a cheat meal etc. I know it’s all about mind set. It is hard though hun. I’m worse in the evenings. Don’t worry about one bad day though. I find cottage cheese a go to - to snack on between meals and I like to have it with grapes - might sound strange 😂lol.
I got 10% less fat mince before but the syns weren’t too bad - I think it was about 2.5 syns. Thanks for sharing as always ❤❤❤

If you like to use the white sauce do it for the family, put your portion in a smaller dish, and you can add or eliminate what you like, 😂
