I'm going to be sharing this over & over on armwrestling pages on FB... very common question for novice armwrestlers (and one that I comment on weekly... now I can just post a video!)

So glad you mentioned armwrestling! That is how I injured by right elbow/tendons last December. I should know better than to do that in my mid-40s and will now be ok with knowing I cant' do what I used to do in my 20s. Bummer!!!! I have constant tenderness and pain when I lift even the smallest amount. I look forward to trying some of these exercises and stretches.

Hi there, ive been doing the same excersise for a while (bulgarian split squat) and i wasnt putting the heavy dumbells down after each set, so I was still holding them. Every time I flex my arm straight I could feel the pain in my inner elbow. Do I have golfers elbow?

I have been doing self-therapy (ice, heat, acupuncture, massage) for over a month and nothing has helped my tennis elbow. Only two days of the resistance band exercises and my right arm, elbow and wrist already feel so much better! Thank you! Any recommendations for verticle ergonomic computer mouse?

Idk if I have medial epicondylitis, but when I used to do tricep extensions with my left, I got clicking and pain in my elbow. I don't weight train anymore, but I am doing tricep extensions daily with a theraband.

Why are you doing the wrist flexors excentric and Pronator Teres concentric?

Good idea to use the Alfredson method to treat flexor digitorum tendonitis!

I surf, and I get this pain from paddling, but the pain is not just below the inner elbow, it’s also above the inner elbow. Is that tricep tendinitis as well?

I literally get the same pain in both elbows now. I think it’s from paddling, popping up and duck diving. Did these exercises work for you bro?
