We have always offered a public version in the podcast, but what you see here only scratches the surface of what is available. If the head of house hold messes up does he get punished by you ??? It seems 1 sided - just saying

He is responsible to manage himself and make amends if he messes up. I do not have the authority or the ability to punish him, I can communicate with him and have respectful discussions if I’m upset but only he has the authority to hold accountably.
If it seems one sided that’s because it is. We have chosen to have a hierarchal structure in our relationship with a system of authority and submission so by nature it is one sided, but that was an informed choice that we both agreed to going into our relationship.
