I have made my Mobula 7 into a permanent 2S whoop, for the same reasons you like that setup here. I also have a Mobula 6 as a dedicated 1S indoor whoop - a delight to fly round the house on a PMB Emuflight tune. Have you tried 450mAh batteries on this Beta85? Wondering if the extra mass can be more than compensated for with extra flight time. After all, my much lighter Mobula 7 is using 300's so I'd expect a bit bigger on an 85mm machine.
3min. That’s disappointed 😅
Thank you
Awesome flying and review, Lee! 😃
Too short flight times indeed... I hope they hear you!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
How do you think it would fly with 450mah 2s batteries with much higher C rating, like 80c and 95c? Safe for ESC or motors?
That should be fine. As long as they are not too much heavier... Happy flying
Does your motors became really really hot just after a few seconds?
Not that I noticed.. Mauve they changed something? Best of luck
Too big for indoors?
Depends on the indoors! :) if you calm the throttle it would be fine.. Happy flying
will it support 3s batteries?
I found it enough on the 2S packs.. Maybe someone else has.. Best of luck!
I guess my only want would be adding hdzero.
Love your reviews thanks for sharing. I opted to put a crossfire reciever in mine and problem solved. The FRsky spi reciever had terrible range.
hye can u help me, i bought this drone, when using 2s 300mah everything ok, when i change the battery to 450mah the quad acting crazy do u have any tips on how can i fix this?
I don't, not sure what would cause that. Sometimes I've seen off things happen when 'autodetect' is used for the profiles but swapping a 2s 300mAh to a 2S 450mAh shouldn't affect that. Too heavy maybe?
@@Painless360 tq i feel weird too why it cdannot handle 450mah i see alot of people using 450mah, do u think it's the default PID problem ??
@@FhazalFPV Can you be more specific than crazy. For example, do the motors spin up but it won't lift off the ground at full throttle (battery too heavy). Or some other problem. I use 2S GNB 380mAh LiHV's without issue (weighing 22g). How much does your 450mAh battery weigh?
@@moonie_fpv it's just throttle by itself sometimes, and sometimes it's just flips, out of control 450mah 2s battery.im using stock PID by betaFPV
I love how you go through everything in your videos long time fan I know whenever you review something you tell the truth on making a purchase
Loving that radiomaster case, so you have a link?
www.3dxr.co.uk/radio-gear-c33/radiomaster-tx16-radio-case-large-p4297 has them but out of stock at the moment..
And another great reviews took!
nice quad, honest review. stay safe Lee
how do I bind to my tx16s witht he betafpv module?
Of there isn't a bind option in Betaflight on the reciever page, power the model quickly three times... Best of luck
Hi where did you get the 2.4g antenna mine came with a small antenna under the canopy and loses signal.
Everything on it came with it here..
@@Painless360 wow you got a much better antenna on yours than whats on mine 😟
what was that case you had as it looks like it can hold hd02 and tx
At which point in the video?
Very Nice
Can you explain a little bit more of how to bind this "built in ELRS"(in my case I have a meteor65 pro) to eachine tx-16s with the same ELRS module as yours??
THANKS🙏🏻👌🏻
Check the manual that came with the model. On this one I pressed on the 'Bind Reciever' button at the bottom of the Reciever tab in Configurator (4:35)
I'll try, thanks💪🏻
What's the largest battery that the drone will take and still fly comfortably? I currently use GNB 380mAh batteries (22g) and get about 3 mins of flight time. Wondering if it would take something as big as a 36g 660mAh? Or is the sweet spot liable to be nearer to the 500mAh point?
Not sure. Vendors tend to be little conservative when choosing batteries to help keep weight down so it'll take a little more weight..
@@Painless360 I seem to have run HobbyRC out of 380's so will be trying the 29g GNB 550mAh next. If it can handle a 22g battery, I think a 29g should be fine. The actual battery size isn't a great deal different to the 380mAh.
Hii and thank you for review
Can it fly on 1s (cruising) ??
I've not tried it here... Happy flying
@@Painless360 ok thanks
Happy flying also
Nice review, might the motor size be the main reason for such a short flight time?
Very possibly. Endurance, static thrust and pitch speed are all mutually exclusive. See my motor and props series for why... Happy flying!
@@Painless360 I'll check them out and thank you and you too, happy flying!
