Ah. Very cool. These betaFPV 85X pro 2 were my first drones ever. .. I had Rx set for xm+ which has now has me in a place where I just have to leave my rx And tx situation alone. Thanks. These whoops do well de-plugged n direct soldered.. again. Great info and showing this cool whoop. I’d recommend too

Would you recommend the 75 or 85 to fly outside and indoors?
The 85 is gonna be too fast for most indoor spaces unless it's really large like a warehouse. If you need both indoor and outdoor, the 75 is a good combo whoop.
Love the vids Albert, is there any were on this board to fit a lowfly micro buzzer? Also what flight time on the 450 bat? Thanks buddy
There should be enough room under the canopy for a small buzzer. The 450 gave me about 20% more flight time over the 300. About 3 minutes or so.
Yeah depends on fly style but for me was adding about ~30% as well pretty consistently.. i honestly recommend the 450mah size as it gives it a bit more weight and flies a bit more controlled, on the 300mah this thing riiiiips lol.

Yes, 2 inch props with the 1.5mm prop shaft will fit this.

Looks nice. I put one of my Larva X's parts in the betafpv 85mm whoop frame. But the kv is a bit slow on 2s, and a bit much on 3s! That kv is definitely better suited. ☺

I'm on the fence about erls, im contemplating getting the micro version but im trying to find out a few things. Will this work on my qx7, and how advanced is the system as of 2022? Will this pretty much be plug and play?
For the QX7 you'll need an ELRS micro module (there are many now) and there are some things you'll need to learn like flashing firmware, binding, and setup. I have a playlist of videos you can check out if you want to learn more... bit.ly/370CYSH
how to set it to fly on 450mah it's acting crazy do i need to set anything? sometimes it flip and drift away, i change to betaflight rc3 also same.
Contact BETAFPV support. You might have a defective one.
Good info about the spi. I was going to get the new 1s aio but reading the instructions made it sound too complicated
As long as your TX has the V1 ELRS firmware, it binds the same as previous SPI receivers. Now that V2 is out, the firmware will also need to be updated. That's where things get complicated.
With the crossfire nano can you run all DJI drones?
No, DJI drones use their own special protocol and can't use Crossfire.

It's make me think to the UZ85, with the ELRS but less flightime
The UZ85 has lower KV motors but the flight time difference isn't that much considering the battery used and the way it is flown. Also, the ESCs are running 24khz not 48khz.

Great review, wonder if this board will hold up well. I have killed 4 of the previous boards on the 85mm. Have you tried it with the GNB 380 2s batteries?

@@AlbertKimTV I have the 1s of that size and they are great, and a couple of the other IGOW pilots swear by the 2s batts.

Sure, they can make a more docile one with more flight time. Then someone else will complain it's too slow and not fun to fly. 🤷♂️
I can get close to 9 minutes on mine with a 2S 520mah HV flying slow and changing the ESCs to 96khz. I think he was just flying like a mad man and the 300mah 2S lipo is too small.
