Why are you Counter Stretching?

  • Why are you counter stretching after one-sided exercises? Are you not going to do the other side? Counter stretching does not seem very efficient does it? Are you really helping your clients achieve their physical goals or are you...are you wasting their time? (eek!)
    Consider how efficient you are in your teaching. Leave out the extraneous like counter stretches.
    Join workshops, workouts (both live and on demand) and teacher training, read articles, watch videos and so much more! If you want to learn, I want to share!
