    Thank you. This is a great ab/core workout. I can feel the core work very well I need to do the reverse plank better and hold more than 10 seconds. I also need to work on the alternating led/raise front elbow plank. I feel the tightness and work very well in the core and abs.

    How many sets of all the exercises do we do and how often?

      You should be able to do them every day and once you master the moves you can increase thr sets from one to 4 even 5or 6 if you have children like me wait till everyone is in bed and start around 9 PM and you will see results 😊
